Your ecu flashes looks better and perform than brenn's,more people should bring their bikes to you for a dyno tune.
Had my ZX6R flashed by Chris, and it's great! But, BT does more models.
He is very good. Most people just throw a kit in it but he actually goes in and tunes it. Not to meny people can do what he does.

You wanted our opinion on the exhaust so I will give you mine. They have never been my first choice for looks, but I love them because they are hand built in the USA right here in my home state of Connecticut. Dan Toce is one hellava bike builder too!! I would call the TOCE a win!!! Thanks for the great content Chris!!!

Fact
The ZX6R is an animal.The R6, CBR 600, and GSXR 600 are tame compared to that thing. I had a 1985 Ninja GPZ 900(Top Gun), 2010 ZX10R, and now a 2021 ZX6R. I have too admit, I enjoy the ZX6R more than the previous bikes I have owned.

Dam, my ole' '88 zx10 tomcat put out 123 hp, 68(?) ft-lb at ~11K with a stage 1 tune. It weighed 525 lb wet and I thought it was fast....It's amazing how far these bikes have come!
With a 0-60 MPH of around 3.x seconds, even in 2023 that old bike would still feel very fast regardless of newer bikes being faster, but yeah...tech has advanced so much! 😃
I had a 93 GSXR 1100 with a 1549cc kit and a lot of work and it only had 180hp stock bikes are that or more now its crazy.

I have a 2021 zx6r engine in a micro sprint I’m building. I have it converted to methanol on guhl injection, flashed ECU, Vance and Hines exhaust. How much power would you suspect I gained?

Cool! Knoxville is a couple hrs from here. My bike has 1200 miles on it, I got a good deal on it. Pretty much stock except a Akrapovic Slipon and Sprint air filter. It’s already a handful!! Only got to ride a few miles due to freezing weather. Wanna get the Dyno tune From Chris but not sure how much more that cost opposed to sending in my ECU.

Why almost every modern bike throttle map reduces the actual throttle valve opening near redline? Doubt it is for emissions (doubt they take meassurements that high). Doubt they do it for being smoother (no power spikes there).

hey Moore. is it required to do a ECU flash if you do a exhaust system?
For a full system it is required, because the bike has back pressure on the stock exhaust. So when you go to put a full system on the bike will run lean, or rich (all depends on the bike). Either flash, or dyno tune will work for you.

It actually has it now. I’d done the block off plates prior to the tune. So later I went back and redone those and added the tune. I think I’d loaded a video of it shooting flames. His pops and bangs is insane. It’s melted my shoe lol

Yes. Except the windscreen. It was all stock at the time. I have done a few more. You can see some current pics of it on my page.

4hp with a full exhaust....and I'm betting most of that is due to the thing and not tge exhaust
I'm not a fan of the Toce or short cans, I think they sound unrefined. I have the Hindle Evolution which IMO is one of the best sounding systems.
Here is a video of the Hindle cat-back cold start after installation. I have the Moore ECU flash with the decel fuel cut disabled with no block off plates. I get some pops and crackles on decel but nothing too crazy or obnoxious. I would highly recommend getting the decel fuel cut disabled on the Kawasaki's because it's very obtrusive.

Older Leo Vince systems sounded great. Older Micron systems sounded great. Older Yosh systems sounded great. Hindle sounds pretty good still. Older M4 were good, older Muzzy were decent, old Arata were awesome, Laser, Termignoni had good tone, etc. Generally anything with a larger sized, large internal space adequately wool or glass packed muffler sounds tuned, deep, easier to listen to, and do not produce less power than these tiny, raspy, harsh, expensive, complex-shaped goofy exhausts that are all the rage (to people who have no history or wisdom under their belt).
Need more oddball bikes. Too many I4's.
