- Meyhem Lauren is back in the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen, in an incredible sweater, making Curry Chicken. This is not a traditional curry chicken. By using coconut milk and jerk seasoning, Meyhem creates a curry that uses flavors from Thailand and Jamaica. We suggest you make this curry at night because as Meyhem says, "when you have curry in the dark your life changes."

I dunno whether this is a stereotype (does not necessarily apply to you) but almost every american I've met or listened to seems to despise or dislike sweaters; whereas in the UK they're a perfectly practical and sometimes even fashionable item to wear, and someone who wears a snazzy sweater like that dude is extra cool. Dunno whether that makes any sense or not.

Honestly curry is so different depending on where you are it's hard to say what's best. I'm biased to Jamaican curry because I grew up with it, but jamaican, indian, trini and japanese curry are all so different in scope. They all taste so different and you might have a craving for a certain kind depending on the time.

I live in an area where you can get all kinds of curries from all different cultures. Thai curry, particularly masaman, is objectively the best curry.
