What about Building Bridges? It’s a mod that adds Dark Souls like messages that players can write, and show up in other player’s games through the power of It Just Working. Breaks up the inherent monotony of a singleplayer game with hints of tomfoolery and messages from other players.

Gun For Hire is a fun side-line to playing the quests and it does work better starting it when you first arrive at Diamond City, as doing the game quests can help improve your reputation. Oh, and you get a personal vertibird! A note of correction: what you see on Nexus Mods is a repost. He notes that the mod won Mod of the Month in 2021, so it actually came out last year.
@@ConjureIsMe I just tried it the past day and I really like it! I haven't tried FGEP, Fallevil with Commonwealth of Decay. Does it run ok on Xbox? I haven't played on Xbox since I bought a PC.
That would be a lot of fun! Sadly I’m worried that even if I had stability mods installed, I bet the game will crash every time a massive horde of ghouls spawn.
They work surprisingly well together! Place ZW above FGEP and then the patch below both. It really adds a great layer of diversity to the Ghoul faction, and I loved it. Used it on console with a fairly loaded mod list and oddly enough occasionally I would only get some slight frame rate loss or the even rarer world lag. Game hardly crashed due to FEGP.
Hey Dak! I don't know if you've covered it yet, but The Bleachers - A Diamond City Story gets my vote for best story/building mod. It has incredible emotional notes, fully voiced characters and the locations are excellently decorated and completely lore friendly! Also - The Bleachers is getting an update this year with a second chapter to the story: The Fens Sheriff's Department. I would love to see you cover this mod with your own particular storytelling style!
I honestly used primarily modern tactical weapon mods until lately, just because they were typically higher quality/nicer to play with but with just how many high quality lore-friendly weapon packs there are now it was pretty easy to change over and tidy up my load order on them, and it's just a better experience. Projects like the Wasteland Wide Warehouse Project get me even more excited for this year and Fallout modding.
Same here. I started my load order over completely from scratch just so I could recreate every weapon from every previous fallout game, and so far, I'm surprised at the number I've actually managed to get.
Same. Though for me I just started moving away from the tactical packs because of how bloated they were, multi GB size that I felt were too big for what they had and my potato PC couldn't really take advantage of some high rez 4k textures anyway if thats why they were so big. Been trying to skinny up my downloads with some of the new land mods coming out with Point Lookout being the first. Plus lore friendly weapons just fit the world better.
I recomend also Night of the Creeps. Those sneaky, vicious black ghouls that only appear at night really makes you want stay in home when the sun sets.
Point Lookout IS amazing and should be experienced by all; such a great mod! I only had one gripe with it that's been fixed with another...Point Lookout involves Dunwich Borers as a part of one of it's quests and kinda destroys parts of the interior cell with flashing/missing textures, meaning stairways and other things literally disappearing as you walk on them. A mod has come out to fix this...sadly, I don't remember the name (reserving the right to update this once I'm home and not commenting on my phone) and my current character is in Nuka World when this came out, so I haven't seen it at work just yet. I'm sure you can find it easily enough by searching "Point Lookout" and seeing all the cool additions to this that people have made, like the integration mod that spreads Point Lookout weapons to the Commonwealth. Can't wait to check this one out!
@@TargetedFox Thanks for the lookup; massively appreciate it!! I need to finish Nuka World so I can check it out; I have it downloaded and added to my mod list, but haven't yet seen what it does for Dunwich. 😀

I would try the Point Lookout mod except it has dozens and dozens of reported bugs on the mod page. So I'm waiting to see if most of them get resolved at some point.
Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of those are just conflicts. I had a mostly bug free experience within its added world space. Only 1 main quest didn't progress properly, but was fixable by reloading a previous save. Some models/textures didn't render right around the lighthouse and NE coast. One NPC's voice lines wouldn't play. It should be fine as long as your load order is tidy. Starting a secondary character for this mod is also an option.
I played through it and while it does have some bugs (my favorite was some invisible friendly synth in the ritual site) its certainly completely playable right now. Waiting is fine of course but there is no game breaking bugs that I found to prevent you from playing.

Hey DegenerateDak, I always wanted to install ENB for many graphics mods for realism. Some reason I’ve had trouble with it installing. If you can maybe make a tutorial that’s would be much appreciated! Thanks.
Dak can you plz list if they are available on xbox one? Nobody does that anymore
With feral expansion pack i never could download it because it asked for files i dont have
@Degenerate Dak, I love your channel, and some of these mods are great. Others just not my interest, but they look fantastic.
I've a question regarding Point Lookout.
I've got a character there, and I've got about 2/3 complete, I just have the Church quests to do.
But while I'm there I'm looking for the Nuka Quantums. The help guide says there are 2 in the flooded sinkhole, but I've gone thru that area, and into the sinkhole itself (cleared all 3 safes and additional junk), I even went at night to see their tell-tale glow, but I couldn't find them.
Were you able to?
Am I missing something?
I know you played the mod, I don't recall if you found them or not.
I know, strange question for this video. But as you mention the great Point Lookout mod, well, it makes sense (in my brain) to ask you.
I also love the buffed up feral ghouls!
Thank you for your videos, and your time. 🤘
Where is the frommer pistol xbox version at🤔
Is that Feral ghoul Mod compatible with SKK's Feral Nights?
Dak you should look at a mod called Unique Scavs - Welcome to Wonderland . 6th or 7th time i commented this on one of your videos lol
Please tell us about mods non compatible with ps4 because I was extremely disappointed when I couldn't use this stuff
