Hey Loida and Bryan, thanks for the videos! I'm just now studying to become a real estate agent and agree with your tip on prospecting in the morning. I'm wondering if you have a certain order you like to do your prospecting in (calls first, door knocking after, etc.)? I'm just wondering because I know a lot of people are getting ready for work in the mornings/getting the kids ready for school, so do you prefer to door knock a bit later and make calls first thing? Cheers!

If there is an expired(s) very closed to where I live I'll door knock them by 8am before I begin my day (Bryan does the same thing). If not, we do make calls first thing calling new expireds and fsbos and then hit the doors. People will always be "in a rush" or not really wanting to talk in the morning so it's very important to say "Hey, I'll only be here a sec I have to go too..(and do your script)". Giving them a false time constraint puts them at ease making them think you'll be fast. At that point they're more than likely listen/talk to you for a bit longer. Hope that helps!

What do you say to a buyer when you are driving through a neighborhood with several houses for sale... And they say "why are there so many houses for sale in this neighborhood?" Bc they are concerned why everyone's moving out of there lol do you have a good answer on how to respond?

Is door-knocking even legal anymore? A lot of neighborhoods have "NO Soliciting" signs now.

What state are you guys realtors in ? And I also wanted to know what is a realistic salary you may make in your first year ? I am in Charlotte NC and I spoke with a successful realtor here she has been in the biz for 10 yrs. and she told me that her first 2 yrs she only made $15,000 per year ... that seems so low to me especially when you look at the amount of $$$$$ you spend on classes state exam and desk fees. And If you are switching careers how much do you guys believe you should have in savings before attempting becoming a realtor

+Ivana Chuljak-Cribb We're in California. How much you make will really depend on how hard you hustle. In our latest video we covered some of your questions. Take a look! ruclips.net/video/tuuoxEKny_4/видео.html

I was in Cali and took all the classes and was just about to take the state exam when the market collapsed in 2008 ... I had veteran realtors telling me they are out of a job ... I lived in the Palm Desert Area and there were 30,000 listings just sitting there with no one able to buy them ... anyway i never took the exam and now I'm thinking about it here in Charlotte ...but its much different than Cali
      thank you love the videos
