A Court should NEVER make an "order" declaring someone can't film their public officials in the course of their duties. That is insane.

All public employees and all law enforcement employees and all judges should be required to take continuing education classes on local and Constitutional law. Period

Training schools teach the new recruits not the law, but that they are protected by qualified immunity along with judicial immunity for prosecutors and judges. Abolish Qualified Immunity. Certification needs to be revoked as well.

That's a good 40 to 50 ft away and the officer is still screaming officer safety. They know who you are, you've identified as a member of the press in the past. The protection orders by the police are initiated by the city attorneys. It's a new tactic. The reason is if the auditor sues, the protection order immediately taints a jury since they are made aware of the protection order.
