  • Dr. Jose Santos from the University of Florida presents the results of a comparative trial between feeding sulfates or Selko IntelliBond hydroxy trace minerals to dairy cows. Feeding Selko IntelliBond hydroxy trace minerals resulted in an increase of colostrum production and production of Energy Corrected Milk by 1.5 kg per day during the first 15 weeks of lactation. Dry Matter Intake did not increase, so feeding Selko IntelliBond hydroxy trace minerals to dairy cows made them more efficient. Feeding Selko IntelliBond also improved health and fertility of dairy cows and reduced the culling rate.
