He cheated, lied, gaslit me, love bombed, and hurt me again. Yet I still want to be with him. Im trying to go no contact and i can’t stop thinking about him. I will try these things. I’m tired of thinking of him

I can't wait to give this shredding a go! I do something similar when I've got a racing mind and I'm trying to get to sleep, I focus on slowing my breathing and in my mind I build a campfire, see myself writing what's on my mind on a piece of paper, and then scrunching it up and throwing it into the fire to release it.. also useful for forgiving people from your past, except visualize yourself saying you forgive them to their face and then pushing them into the fire, and they just disintegrate the same way a scrunched up paper does ☺️
    Looking forward to the masterclass!

Now that I am in no contact, still I constantly think about him. It is just that I still crave him in my thoughts despite knowing his true colours and the way he abused me. He turns me on sexually so much I cannot explain. Just thinking abut him makes me so horny. This is so stressful. But I will try the steps you mentioned.
