I’m glad you said this. Mine disappeared after I graduated high school, I believe it was stress and I called them stress bumps. They were only on my forehead.
Anti-dandruff shampoo can help ( the zinc in the shampoo clears it up).
Yes it does and it helped to clear my fungal acne within a few days. I used the the Walmart brand head and shoulders 2x per day and still use it periodically because it helps with regular acne as well.
Hi... Can you recommend some moisturizers ... Thanks in advance
Fungal acne is an internal issue. I have this and it's due to GI issues. No topical product will resolve it, just manage.
So true, I had it and I cut processed sugar, dairy, and went gluten-free.
I got fungal acne from external sources… the sun making me sweat. In the summer my fungal acne is crazy… so no it’s not always internal
Sugar allows yeast to flourish, when I cut it out of my diet my bumps disappear. Assuming both my acne and psoriasis is caused by yeast/sugar.
Had these little pumps for like 3 years, my skin was sensitive to everything even vaseline😢 i kept on using things for fungal acne 🙃 turned out to be rosacea , niacinamide and azelaic acid have been my saving grace, my skin is not too sensitive anymore

I had to go to my dermatologist. He finally did a skin graph and concluded he had been treating me incorrectly. I am now on a tropical and flagyll twice a day. Use Vanicream bar soap at night to wash. No oil based lotions on face. It’s finally clearly up after 2 years of wasting my time and money.
Acnecide facial wash and the cream
Hmm I have a 10 year old step daughter. She's got pimples on her upper back area...would or could that be fungal acne. And what should I do to try keeping it dry? I've been using dove......😮😮
try a sulfur soap.
That is Bacne. Try sulfur or Salicylic acid soap body wash... then apply some topical treatment
Make sure she washes body after hair, and maybe uses less hair products too
No wonder why my skin has been like this ever since I have used Vaseline

Extremely hot and humid climates.
I've had it. Washed my face so much but no cure. Moving to a cold place and using topical creams made it go. It still comes back a little bit in summer but goes after I use my special face wash
