Very interesting indeed. Yes, you can see something isn't right while she was walking, almost like one leg was longer than the other, or perhaps on of the shoes didn't fit properly. Didn't really understand the "tenting" you spoke of, and would love to learn more....Wish there was something that could be done about the burning on the balls of my feet while walking in high heel boots...
+kramden Thanks so much for checking out our video! Later today, we will upload a video that shows a full treatment of Stephanie's hip pain and the issue that causes her gait to look so imbalanced. As for the foot "tenting," we will try and make a video regarding how to do that in the near future. For now, you can place a very small towel underneath your sole and try to lift your foot off of it without curling your toes. That is the tenting motion that should be used with each step as you walk.
@@RehabRevive Hello Thanks for all your usefull and interesting videos. What can i do to balance my lesf foot 's pronation trough to left (outside)?I wear flat shoes.
Pay attention to how her hip swayed on the left vs on the right using her torso as the reference point and you'd see that the left sways a lot more than the right.
I tried it, works great in my 5 inch stilettos!
Whatt! I've been tenting while curling with my toes this whole time! Explains my claw toe and hammer toes q.q

I love to walk in high heels.
That’s so interesting. I couldn’t see anything wrong with her walk.
