Would you be good exercises for so called pain down the front and side and back of my hip area? I'm not sure if this is technically considered groin pain? But it extends and wraps all around my hip area on that left side
Groin pain is usually classified as the area in the front crease of the hip. However, many people tend to have slight variances on their groin pain, which can’t extend into the inner part of the thigh, the side of the hip, the lower back, and even into the lower abdominal area. It’s important to note that not everybody’s condition is exactly the same and tends to require variance of programming changes to solve the problem. Reach out if he likes some help.

When is the best time to do the exercises. Such as in the AM after waking , in afternoon or not PM before bedtime. Will heat before or after exercise be beneficial ..
That’s a good question. I wish I can answer it in full detail, but it all comes down to the specifics of the case that we’re working with. Some people fare better with a.m. workouts while others feel better with p.m Workout. In a lot of cases many people are simply not performing any exercises to help the condition. In that case they may want to just do them in a.m. or p.m. normally we help people address this type of condition with joint mobilization, soft tissue care, corrective exercises to help out with mobility, and sometimes strength work. What we end up picking comes down to the specifics of what the person actually needs for their desired goal. Hope that helps.
Hi im definitly trying these! Is there a way of ruling out a femoral neck stress fracture without getting mri? Unfortunately this could be a possibility for me as i have sharp pain on initial foot contact with every weight bearing activity while activation of hipflexor muscles and adductors are painfree at 100% when not standing....
We have met a lot of people who have more groin and adductor pain associated with increased sitting time. However, this is just one of the many variables that can be creating this type of presentation. Great question.

The groin is a region. Slang term for anterior hip pain. Most people don't have only groin (crease of hip pain) they have other associated symptoms, like lower abdominal tightness, TFL and ITB tightness and sometime lower back or SI joint stiffness.
Good question, There are endless ways to modify these things or there is possibility it is not the correct starting point for you. It is commonly misunderstood that there is a single treatment for hip tendonitis BUT success comes faster and with less flare ups if there is customization in place. We would love to help if we can.
