It's just amazing the things you can do with your own body to get pain relief. My groin pain is the spinal one and your nifty tip about grabbing the skin brought instant results! I'm grateful in Toronto❤
Thank you . Indiana I have spine problems and had knee replacement. Weighted 298 lbs . I started last year in October and have lost Over 100 lbs . Just walking 1 mile a day and moving body . my groin is killing me when I walk after my execise walks. So thank you
Hi! What if my groin pain in caused from external rotation? Like butterfly pose or pancake stretching? I don't think any of the options provided reflect my pain. Thanks!
Sometimes I have pain when taking a large step forward, while one leg remains stationary and the hip bends slightly. Can the Psoas muscle also cause such pain in the groin?
Geez!! I got spinal referred pain. A lot of wiggles I did! Guess I need to exercise more! Seriously, also have lupus and my rheumatism's getting worse bec of it. Now, I can't bend, squat and walk without a walker. Can you suggest any exercises or stretchings for this?
Excellent! We can make some suggestions but we need to do an assessment first. Lets set up a consultation so we can start the process. email us info@p2sportscare.com or call 714-502-4243
The pain went away when i coughed gut or raised my head.. But that was with the knee not just in.. but inwards AND ACROSS DOES THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THE MEANING?
It’s all good info. Now we just need to examine and stress test things to confirm info. No single fact or test alone confirms anything. It’s just data that needs to be sorted. If you’d like our help let’s set up a Discovery Session so we can speak in private to see if we can take your case or now. Link in description as well
I got pain mainly when liftig my right leg up in sleeping position. In your first test the way you lift your leg smoothly without support.. That i am not able to do. Is that groin pain?
Groin pain is in the location of the groin but the reason for it to start can vary. You’d get a lot more info by watching this playlist of ours Groin Pain Self Tests and Diagnosis ruclips.net/p/PL4ia_VsGiqb8IZHrBKGizMWLuBMORQTl3
I have intense pain that is higher up in the right pelvic area, near where my ovary would be if I still had it. I’ve had ct scans, X-ray, mri, pelvic exams …even hip surgery and nothing has helped. It gets progressively worse. Help!
I think I may have this strain, it just began when I was sitted in my car, next moment I want to move out & I get this pull that was painful & failed to lift my leg for at least 3 minutes, from that time I have pain & sometimes feel some kind of clicks or shifting around the same area but I can move properly
Come see us so we can help you sort it out. We have consultations so we can see it’s would be worth your while to come in. Set up a Discovery Session on our site or call us 714-502-4243. Info@p2sportscare.com
Do you know what shooting, electrical shock like pain means in the groin? I had it and it was debilitating. I had to take almost 2 weeks off of work. Any movement would set it off. Some of the worst pain I have ever experienced. Scream out loud pain. No holding it in. My doctor was of no help at all. I know it was nerve pain just because of the sharp, shocking sensation. I could barely use crutches, because when I pushed off to move, my core would tense up and set of the pain. IT WAS HORRIBLE.. This was a few years ago and just a month ago I had mild pains that felt like it was going to happen again, but thank god it didn't progress to what I had before. It wasn't a hernia, I don't recall pulling or tearing anything. It just happened and I'm afraid it's gonna happen again. Any ideas?
I've had a groin injury on the upper thigh for months now and am an athlete, please help me go through it, I've taken a lot of pain killers but it's not going away, still feeling the pain
What does this mean free hip pain webinar. You said its free go watch for specific help. But you dont have a specific video of what you are talking about.. It takes me to 3 different videos about SI joint etc..
I’ve tried physiotherapy, chiropractic and biokenetics , all to no effect for my groin pain. Lifting my straight leg from a back lying position hurts like the blazes.
I have pain in groin muscles, but only when i shoot the ball ⚽️. Otherwise no pain . I stopped playing for 1 month but with no results:( What should i do ? Thank you in advance :)
A lot of people end up taking a lot of time off. Taking off more than 2 months of activity tends to lead to more risk of injury of the location (as well as other locations in the body). The tendons can decrease in size while the muscle degrade much slower. This can lead to more tendon issues down the road, so when you ask what should you do? You should seek the help of someone who knows how to help you as soon as you can. If you would like that to be us, just reach out in the link in the description
I coulnt pin point where and what caused my groin pain, i only stretched my whole body at once as i laid in bed, i went to sleep and when i woke up and tryied to walk i could barely walk. I tought it was a torn muscle, tendon was not sure, went away after 4 days and came back after 3weeks just as bad one day it was one leg then the other in the groin area, i thought it was a bone/hip socket problem. As days went by, pain was felt in the lower abdomen inside it felt inflamated, i tought it could of been a urine track problem but when i would go urine it felt normal but the inflammation could still be felt. I decided to not go to a doctor just yet i lastly i even tough about an inside hernia but i did not lift anything so it coulnt be it, when i cough nothing hurts, i am just taking it easy at work letting my body repair it self inner linings. The inside inflamation and tingling behind the belly button started to go away after a week i can now walk 90% normal. So small pain now is between left leg and lower groin. I noticed that it only hurted when i would move/raise/turn leg side ways outward, not to the front or back. I assume it is some torn muscle or inner lining that is slowly going away. I used ice cold patches, a waist belt and about 1-2 pain pills towards end of day when it hurt the most. If it persists, i will see a doctor get some x-rays. For the most part our bodys are like a car and i was the mechanic of it, their is a reaction to an action. Got to be like, well, what if this and that. It just makes you realize how hard handicap people have it not being able to perform a job duty. A job that you can potentially lose all while stacks of bills waiting to be paid....this made me start getting out of debt quicker and never get into bad debt. Create multiple sources of income because we cant rely on our government. My bad just thought i would share if it helps someone or entertaining purposes.
I’m sorry to hear that. Sounds very frustrating. You’ll be happy to know that most people who have pain even with walking can get better with the right type of therapy and suggestions. If you’d like any help from us, feel free to reach out via the link in description for the video.
