- @Crimebustersnetwork obtained police body cam footage of a detained shoplifter at Walmart. The suspect allegedly has been busted for stealing from Walmart in the past. While being detained, officers discover paraphernalia in her young child's hand.

I agree, we need a three strike rule when it comes to any government assistance. 1st strike = review of WIC, EBT, TANF, Section-8, SSI, etc., and if children are present Child Welfare Office gets involved., 2nd strike = 30 day suspension of EBT, w/recommendation to Food Pantries to cover for up to the amount for nutritional food only no sugar based products, basic necessities only, Child Welfare must report and make recommended action, 3rd strike = immediate suspension of all benefits, Child Welfare Services removes children and can only be restored by judges orders. Placed in a database of unfit for public benefits for five years. Violation or additional criminal offences results in concurrent five year bans from public assistance per conviction or admission of guilt or no contest.
There is private assistance that is out there for individuals and families through NGO's and Churches. People only starve in America if they are on a hunger strike or if they are too proud or stupid to ask for help. Churches do not give out free help, they ask for you to participate in getting yourself out of the situation you are in. They will help with datcare so you can find work. But the secret to this success is to get on the plan with help before you go down a path of debauchery, vice, and destruction.
Until our govt starts canceling all govt assistance and deporting illegal immigrants that commit crimes these crimes will all continue because 100% govt assistance with criminals not required to get full time employment, especially now that one form of federal government assistance is providing free daycare for these people even if they don't have jobs (isn't that wonderful to be able to take your kids that aren't in school to a daycare all that costs them nothing and they can go home and just relax all day......as a working mother my husband and I would have loved free daycare on days we were sick or had non job related meetings or helping our parents. Of course we worked all our lives so we wouldn't have qualified with govt assistance to 100% or even partially pay for HIGH daycare costs). Kids exposed to drugs or drug paraphernalia should IMMEDIATELY be removed with a CPS case opened to protect those children.
THATS BEYOND LOW, TO BLAME YOUR YOUNG CHILD OF PUTTING A CRACK PIPE IN YOUR BAG.
They looked back on the camera's and it shows the kid picking it up off the floor and it shows the mother didn't put anything on the floor. Even the Walmart employee tells the cop that she was good and that they had another shoplifter the previous day in that room that could've tossed it.

They also have undercover security in there. They used to just have guys being the undercover shoppers but I was in Walmart last week and they had this woman as an undercover shopper that if you saw her, you NEVER would have expected she was undercover security

A lot of states automatically charge the shoplifting adult with child endangerment when a minor is with them. Should be like that no matter the state! Also if you’ve been previously trespassed from a store and you shoplift from there, it’s charged as a felony, no matter the price. Even a pack of gum!

Can I just point out that if that security lady was so certain about the paraphernalia being hers, and saying she KNEW this and that because she was a “healthcare professional” or whatever she said….she would’ve also known that the crack pipe they found, was not a crack pipe. I would love to ask this thief what she is trying to teach her child. Also, what type of future she wants for her child. These surveillance cameras are so powerful that, if a woman is walking through the store with her purse open, the cameras can see inside the purse. That’s some pretty amazing gear. Let me tell you, my heart goes out to that child because the child doesn’t know what’s going on.

I have a very funny story regarding the police. Yesterday, I was on my way home from a doctors appointment in Bethlehem, PA and one of the axles broke on my car so I was stuck. The police came to check if I was OK which I was and I was safely off the road. What was funny is that my car, a few weeks ago, broke down in the same spot, and the same cop stopped and helped me. He remembered me! That was some thing that really put a smile on my face. He remembered me because he helped me but what are the odds of that happening twice? I should play the Pennsylvania state lottery.
