If the police doesn't take this child from her and give him to a GOOD foster family (emphasis on GOOD foster family because, unfortunately, over 50 percent of foster families do worse damage than the biological families), they will be picking him up as an adult for other crimes like his 17 year old brother. His dad is already in jail and this mother is a wreck!!!! If the other child's father that picked him up (thank God) was a real man, he would've taken this little boy too.
