      Can I ask what I'm feeling or something
      Lately, no not lately, it started years ago actually.
      I always feel empty, like dead empty. I don't get the feeling of excitement upon hearing good news or anything, food always taste the same to me, I constantly joke around just to fake a smile, I laughed easily even if it's a dumb joke then be conscious about, I get very sensitive about little things about me. Then lately I surprised myself when I got suicidal.
      Someone once asked me what the world is like and I answered "it's like a circular toy train that repeat again and again, goes on and on every single day it's always the same nothing new. The sun goes up we wake up do the things we need to do, work, eat, then work, eat . sleep.Agian an again, just a tirelessly set of motions that we need to do everyday and for what? Just to die in the end"
      I'm actually quite scared of myself, and how empty I feel, is there something I can do about this? Cause I feel like death is the only relief and its terrible.

    Because i see a lot of people who just so loud and open they dont seem to have these emotions.

    • @eliyahmcneill9302
      @eliyahmcneill9302 Год назад +1

      Threee things:
      1. Depression is not weakness, it is a lack of hope for the future, almost like your standing in a dark tunnel, and the only way forward seems to difficult to walk. I've been there, things get better, keep trying, do things that are good for your mental health, take care of yourself, put yourself before other people, it's not selfish, and try to find things to hope for.
      2. Extroverts can absolutely have depression, I can personally testify, we are just REALLY good at hiding it from other people, or they might not have depression. No matter what I can promise you no one has had an easy life, I know it's been hard for you and maybe you feel really lonely, but your not alone, we've all cried to ourselves in a dark room alone wishing we were different and stronger and better. It's gonna be okay.
      3. Start Journaling. Write down all your feelings in a journal, give each emotion a chance to talk. Track your emotional fluctuations to try and find it what is causing you the most emotional pain and try to fix it. Write down the things you're grateful for every day, guaranteed to make life seem a little more beautiful.
      I wish you every happiness, keep going, your not alone, we're all just trying to exist.

    When you are triggered and you begin to experience these three responses it's so important to allow yourself to feel, process and work through your feelings and emotions, so that you can release them. It is helpful to reflect on what was it about the trigger that made you feel such a strong wave of emotion. Journaling helps as well. By trying not to stuff them within and working through them you are more able to stay in control of the emotion instead of letting the emotion take control of you. Sending prayers of strength and peace to everyone on the healing path.🙏💪🕊️✨ It is not easy, but it is worth it and it does get better.💛 Dr. Julie you truly are such a blessing to this community. 🫶

    I've never had any trauma, but I still sometimes get really anxious about little things that happened in the past. I've practically forgotten the things that triggered the anxiety, yet the anxiety is still there. Why?
