wow! love this! Thank you so so much. I'M actually a 64 yr old lady who still loves to dance. When I was 20 I was dancing up in a cage in nightclubs and paid handsomely for it lol. Of course so many women called us trollops! I'm currently learning to Pole dance as I believe in dance at all ages. (I even know wheelchair dancers dancing contemporary with an able bodied dance partner.) thank you so much for this. INVALUABLE! please keep them coming as I purchased an Xpole Expert for practice at home :-) x x
Yeesss! I’ll keep them coming, as you just motivated me. This is the best comment I’ve ever got and you're the most amazing 64-years old pole dancer. Very inspiring! Never stop enjoying dancing! Much love P.S.: Let me know if you need help when you have your pole
I practiced this tonight and it went very well. I'm about half way through it - I've never done a juliet spin successfully before but the way this flowed, it just worked! Now to get to the end. :D
That's an awesome feedback, Heather! Thank you for sharing. If you find any difficulties, just let me know. I might be able to help further. Keep on practicing till the end! Dancing out the whole thing is usually the most fun part. :*
i feel like i'm finally finding my style by watching ur tutorials. my favorite is the move at 4:43.. would love if you could demo. i slowed down to .25x speed and am still having trouble lol
Reverse grab is a lot harder than it looks! I’m excited to give this ago altho it might be a bit advanced for me- your breakdowns might make something click :)
Thank you for making this! Ive just recently started learning exotic and seeing the breakdown between the moves is really helping me learn the mechanics!
Hey !! So very happy to find your tutorials videos for Pole Flow Choreo ! Thank You :) I Hope to succeed on learning this One, figures are beautiful and transitions are explained clearly. I'll learn all the others for beginner level.. i have time now ^^ Your explications are very clear (to warm up, to have sensations before working on the pole...) Thank you ;)
Thank you so much for sharing! I really love your style, your moves and your interpretation of the songs. You are very inspiring :) I also find your explanations very precise and helpful. Thanks a lot!
Hey I'm from Brazil, I will study this flow and adapt to present in a festival, I will not copy, but it will be my inspiration and I'm letting you know
@@ThePoleDancer Thanks for the quick reply. I'm asking because I've watched the video several times and have the choreo down except for that move. I feel like I have dancer's dyslexia sometimes lol. Ever get that trying to learn a new move? 🤣
@@Malinche219 Haha Yep! This is an advanced bendy move (though there are easier variations) and a part of the short freestyle I attached at the end of the choreo. But isn‘t really a part of the choreo. I taught it in this class ruclips.net/video/ODzKd768dsw/видео.html
I can do the tricks and spins but my flow isn't graceful and doesn't look put together. I feel I have the technique and strength but my actual dancing is just not there. Do u have any advice or know what I can look into to improve?
Hi Lily! Yes, I think I have exactly what you need. 1. I have a series of tutorials on how to improve your flow - by using more your arms, your head, your chest. You can find them here: thepoledancer.com/tag/pole-flow-series/ 2. On my homepage you can sign up to my mailing list. I'll send you a Welcome email with a question about what you'd like to improve on the pole. Click on the dance/flow answer and I'll send you my best material on dance and flow. Send me an email if you have any questions. Miglena
My problem is if I hold onto the pole too much I start to slip eventually when doing spins. Like I need to wipe it down/regrip with chalk between each move :/
@@ThePoleDancer I think I just have trouble with bracket grip. I have sweaty hands and I have to do all bracket grip moves at the beginning or else I'm too sweaty to hold on tight enough mid-dance with that specific grip
@@BreeElisexo I'm not sure about your level, but just want to mention that the bracket grip is a bit more advanced grip - rather an intermediate level. The top arm is doing 80% of the work. You need to be really strong there. If your top hand is slippery, you will be most likely sliding entirely
@@ThePoleDancer Is the Lupit the pole that I've seen you on where it looks like you click something at the bottom and the pole goes from static to spin? BTW, you're fantastic. This tutorial is so, so helpful.
I love your choreo and videos so much, but as a beginner these no word videos are pretty challenging to learn from, or at least make me work a different part of my brain. Just by nature of your prowess, your movements are complex, eg. the way your head/neck turns during a spin, so that a simple move can have a lot of nuance and thus look much more complex and confusing.
I agree. This was my very first tutorial. :) Some people mentioned that the slow-motion with the graphical pointers (arrows, circles) are helpful. I like to believe that for some people this visual way of learning can be useful, maybe additionally to the regular one. I‘m a visual learner myself actually
@@ThePoleDancer omg thank you for the reply! I'm so touched, and I didn't even realize it was your very first tutorial so thank you for bringing that up. I agree the notations you make on the video are very helpful 🫶🏼

This is an amazing breakdown - I'd love more of these videos!!
I'm glad you like it. Please let me know how you get along, when you try it. I haven't got much feedback yet.

Thank you for this tutorial!! I'm learning this now and it'll be a birthday present for my hubby! He's gonna love it. :)
Yup!!! He loved it!
The slow-motion breakdowns are INVALUABLE. I wish there had been video like this in my IRL classes... really hard to get when it goes down so fast!
Awesome! One of the benefits of online video learning 😃 By the way, you can slow down any YT video with the speed options in the YT player
Great instructions. You are an excellent teacher. You make it, make sense! Thank you!!!

just wanted to say this was the first video to get me interested in pole dancing and i’ve been obsessed with it ever since!
This is the best pole tutorial I've seen so far! You're breakdowns are key, thank you!
Yaasss Thank you! I'm so happy to read this.
Yes ma’am! Lovin’ this!! Please more of these beginner/intermediate breakdowns!!
One of the best pole dance tutorials. Thank you so much! Please, keep posting!!!
this tutorial is amazing!! love how you used graphics to make the breakdown easier
Super dope! Loved the detailed explanations.
Wow, you move so, so beautifully! Thank you so much for this tutorial and especially for breaking everything down.
Great video! Props to the guy that did all this on his computer for me!
Thanks! That guy was also me lol

I think I'm finally ready to try this.
I love this! Thanks a lot for this. I especially love your pole moves when it "clicks".. It's so nice when the choreo fits to the song!!
My pleasure! :) You mean the accents in the music AND in the movements, right?
The Pole Dancer exactly!! 😄 😘
The Pole Dancer please make more content like this. I think there is a Lack of flow and slow Beginner choreos
I will! Stay tuned for my next videos.

You were so flawless this was wonderful. What is the name of the song in the beginning?

Thank you!!!
That was amazing, wow.
Wow!! Thanks. I will try it soon.
Stunning 😍😍
Soo helpful! Thanks! Just wondering if this is a static pole or a spinny one ?
Hey love! It's static.
thanks!
What do you call the move at minute 00:47? Beautiful routine!
Thanks! I don‘t know how to call it… bridge twist, twisty bridge, bendy swirly twisty thingy… I don‘t know if it has an official name.

I tried to learn this today and it was great! The transitions feel and look (not on my body yet) so smooth. Mooooooore, please :)!
can't find this version of this song where did you find it?

Thank you! Love this video btw. Just starting out on pole and it really helps with flow. :)
Glad to hear that it's helpful ❤
What pole do you use
Generally, I recommend Lupit or xPole. I have an xPole at home, but if I could buy a new one, I'll go for a Lupit.
