These speeakers actually do look nice and sounds nice thought but the price is actually reasonable how nice they are btw great review
Z, been watching you for years. Kinda half assed you didnt take any time to look into the svs app for these. Like it or not, its part of the product that we are considering to purchase. Maybe you can switch right and left through the app. Maybe you can adjust the sub level through the app. Its a $900 product and knowing ALL the quirks and features would be nice to know. got Speakers set with SB-2000 Pro Sub and use Fiio K9 ( AKM ) with RCA to drive this set. for my PC game set up and sound GOD LIKE :D

I got a pair of these for my gaming room… it’s tits for a bit of gaming/movies/music in a smallish room environment
Been debating what sub to pair them with for pc use connected to an lg c2 via hdmi . Especially for a game like Squad 😂. So far RSL speedwoofer 10s are top of the list but maybe that’s overkill currently watching your Kali Audi WS micro sub vid. Plug and play RCA no fancy dacs

Swans M300MKII or these Prime Wireless Pro Speakers? I prefer the smaller size of the SVS, but the Swans, apparently, sound better? Swans quality and warranty service is also a concern being a Chinese owned company. Which has better bass output at lower volumes? Mostly for listening to two channel stereo music in a small living room. I despise sibilant highs and the exaggerated T's. My Elac DBR2's have this problem.

I had the first gen Prime Wireless speakers and they dropped off like a rock after 70hz or so. Hopefully these have better bass performance, otherwise a sub is necessary for sure.
i wonder if they ran through a 80Hz highpass/crossover
some subs and receivers don't turn off the highpass even when turned off plus they have settings on them too
Yeah i mean its still a pretty small driver and enclosure, even with a pretty large surround its still gonna fall off pretty fast.
They are def a subwoofer company. They want you to get a sub to complete the package

Did you investigate its usage with the Prime Wireless Pro SoundBase? I’m wondering if that adds any benefits to using these speakers. I also noticed that the button on the remote right below the volume rocker seems to be a mute button based on the symbol. Does it not function as such?

Looks like nice desktop speakers, I wish they added a USB DAC to connect to my laptop. I guess a USB soundcard with optical out would work.
Soundblaster makes a good one. Most built in sound cards have very good dacs with optical. My pc does.

How do the SVS compare to the Klipsch The Sevens??
I would place them between the fives and the sevens. They sound pretty great. The SVS seem to dig deeper and are less fatiguing on the top end, but that just my subjective listening experience. Your mileage may vary.

Hosting videos there is fine. Its building a new audience that you can't really do on a small platform.
Being unable to swap left to right... you would think "who cares" but with the setup I have it's enough to keep me from hitting the "Buy" button on the powered speakers that you recommend.
I sent these back. Just not worth the money. My JBL's 305P MkII smoked them and are $99 ea right now. For me these need to be $499 tops. Unfortunately all of SVS stuff is overpriced now (after COVID), and that is why I stopped buying their subs too.
They can't continue using covid as an excuse. Other companies don't over price their tech like svs does. Sure, customer service is top tier, but like you said, jbl has been around much longer and don't compromise sound and make you go bankrupt.
