I saw him live in Belfast in 2011, was a really good night, he kept coming back on stage as people were leaving, he must have done about 4 encores LOL.
Went to the Earl of Whimsy last year. Alongside going to a stand-up performance by Spike Milligan, the best I have ever attended. Brilliant material and a superb rapport with the audience.
What I wouldn't give to see this man perform live...unfortunately I'm on the wrong continent :( I will just have to content myself with Nevermind the Buzzcocks, QI, Black Books, and these clips to get me through the days

I wish Bill would write his own book of philosophy or theology or sociology or ecology or pretty well every 'ology'. His brain seems to work by fusing the whole lot with a hefty dash of surrealism. Long may he continue to make the world a better place.

@charcharbinx You ought to check-out Bill's own sketch show-'Is It Bill Bailey?', I have seen bits of it on YT. lso he had a small role in 'Spaced' with his former partner in crime Simon Pegg, was also in 'Burke and Hare' with him and had a short-run show called 'The Comedian's Choice' in which he quizzed other stand-ups on their fave comics, actors etc. Type in IIBB for the sketch show. Have you seen his first DVD 'Cosmic Jam'? He's young in that!
