- There are currently three platformer levels rated Extreme Demon in Geometry Dash, and they all copy other games and focus on one single gamemode the whole time. Today, I tried to make an ORIGINAL platformer extreme demon!

i swear platformer demons are easier than the normal ones
fr, the only demons i have beaten are platformer
H I’ve never even been close to beating a demon, and then beat two easy demon plats and one medium plat
Most of the platformer easy demons are like insane difficulty

i love the idea of a platformer level thats more than just one gamemode. it seems really fun to have the ability to play as the ball, cube, robot, and more in platformer. i wish more levels would use more gamemodes in their rated platformers but sadly theres none that ive found

if all currently existing platformer demons are copying other games then i cant wait until someone recreates literally all of QWOP in 2.2 which will probably be easy once people learn the new editor. (obviously if it doesnt exist already)

I can't get over how much I love this idea! It's such an underrated concept, I can't wait to see more of this hopefully!
To make the transition between doors cleaner, u can make a Lens circle with 0 fade go towards the player til the screen is black, then trigger the triggers to tp the player n stuff and make the Lens circle go outwards!
You should completely finish this level, it would be a great series and would probably get featured, maybe even epic :D

love how intuitive is everything in that cube part
ive been working on something similar to this for weeks now its the same concept, doors with different gamemodes/gimmicks that can be completed in any order to unlock the exit

for pausing triggers in the stop trigger there are options to pause and resume triggers, hope this helps

I was thinking of putting text or a portal you can’t go through to signify the game mode, but I guess the keyhole outline color works.

You can do wave and swing copters, but it’s only in playtest mode so for mobile you will you have to go through the portal and then after that, you’re gonna click the button that makes it into normal mode and then then you put it into platformer mode but for PC you’re gonna have to put normal and then after that point click platformer

I'd absolutely love to play a level like this, Skill wise this doesn't feel like an extreme though

It’d be cool to do a video where you swap level mechanics around (like Time Machine introduces mini portal & Clutterfunk introduces mirror) idk lol
12:15 idk if there's an actual way to turn off triggers temporarily but what I do is just make it touch triggered if it's outside of the level or spawn triggered if it was already a touch trigger.

Hey Sd, it's too easy for extreme demon. It's maybe like insane but not extreme. Pro tip : make it harder ! Anyways, keep up the good work!
this is how platformer extremes should be
I think it would be better if when you don't press, you don't move, but each press will be in the opposite direction. I think so, because the essence of a platformer is that it doesn’t rush you anywhere (I don’t know what happens above the easy dmon). But even so, this game mode is not very developed, because it is the same as a ship, but just with extra clicks and too sharp

i'm a platformer game player, normally my hardest demon was clubstep, suddenly i have multiple hard, insane and even extreme demon (platformer) completions
If you complete all the sections, if they keep this difficulty its going to be a medium-hard demon lol

You can use a "toggle block" instead of a toggle orb it can be found next to the "colision block" and "on death" trigger

As a PlayStation, i feel highly offended by everything else getting attention, i phones are decent i will say but have terrible graphics with every mobile game having ads. But androids are actually nice but still lack graphics, we have high quality games with no ads at all with most of them not having ingame purchases, we have huge games like minecraft, fortnite, call of duty, and way more in our playstation shop.

Mega Hack has an "All modes platformer" option, its exactly what is sounds like
but not everybody has megahack so thats why he didnt use it
you can just get it with a glitch (Maybe it was patched already though no clue)
