Wow I wish I could post the photo of this cake I made yesterday. I followed the recipe and then added drizzled Vanilla Frosting and more coconut on top. My husband kept trying to eat a piece before dinner. LOL It was and still is delicious, moist and I will definitely add this to my baking recipes. Yummy!!

Dessicated is the best because it gives it that crunchy top which is good... freshly shredded wont be good. Hope this helps
