I loved the part where Scar said "It's Scarrin Time" and then scarred all the withers and saved Grian. Truly one of the movies of all time.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6/5 would recommend
Excellent trailer! 5/5!
100/5 stars
very good
"HoTGuy": The Siege" is a loving homage to th 80s action hero genre. The director did a splendid job in casting Scar in the main role as he perfectly mirrors the testosterone filled, muscle bound, over the top ation heros à la Arnold, Stallone or van Damme. A cinematic masterpiece and must see for this summer!!

I always thought he was saying Hawk Eye, not hotguy
Couldn’t have said it better
Exactly was he said!
I love that part about the movie when scar went "It's scarrin' time" and scarred all over the place
I bet Hotguy: the siege will be the first movie to make a Scarillion diamonds at the box office. Truly one the movies of all time
It was so good that me and my friends went in to watch the movie in suits while we throw our jars of jelly at the screen when Scar said "Hermits, it is time for me to rise!'
The TFC tribute was beautiful. I especially love that you took off the hat as a sign of respect. Your attention to detail and genuineness are so admirable!
Idea: Can your way of "throwing away" your item to the stoage system be in trash cans in the theme park? Like in a specific location in the theme park you can dump all your items in a trash can and it will sorted to you main storage system.
I was thinking that too! I really hope that's what he ends up doing, lol.

I had the same idea!!!

@@MaazShaikh-ji2fq If I had to rate on a scale from one to ten, I would

"HoTGuy: The Siege" is an instant classic, with only one major flaw -- you pay for a whole seat in the movie theater, but you're only using the edge of it. 10/10.
oooooooooooo here before the heart from scar cause this one sure does deserve it
Loving this one!!
Clever!
Dude, thats so good
LOL
I’ve seen a lot of hermits paying tribute to TFC in their videos in their own different ways, but this one especially moved me. I didn’t personally watch his videos but his passing did affect me as a fan of Hermitcraft and I’m glad you’re all addressing it really well. I hope you’re doing alright.
"I'd like to show you my secret stripping area here on the server... I like to do it away from the other Hermits." I can't be the only one who giggled at that. LOVED the Hotguy Movie! So freakin creative and well done. I thought the whole 23 minutes was going to be the movie, and I was in for it. Just as much fun watching you do what you do, though!
Nope you are not alone. I laughed also. 😄
me too lol
Scar I think it'd be funny if you did a "Hidden Mickey" system but in your park it's a "Hidden Bdubs" system where you just hide all your spare Bdubs' heads across your park 😂
Hidden Mossboy

Or hidden Jellie

Scar, the tree memorial is amazing. Your message genuinely touched my soul.
Greatest out of context scar quote ever
“I’d like to show you my secret stripping area. I like to do it away from the other hermits to not disturb them…”
Ayoooo scar
After what he said during MCC we can say Scar is no longer family friendly.
He said that and I was like, "Scar! I'm watching this in public!"
@@MagyarAdam15 what did he say??
Lol

I actually started crying, I didn’t think I would react but here I am, I guess I’ve felt really alone recently and this meant more than I initially thought it would
I feel that. Scar says he's not good at it, but his heartfelt moments are like no other
Hey Scar, I've got a build idea for the mega base. Since you're doing a "Disney" inspired theme park, you should make a "It's a Small World" ride and put the Bdubs heads on armorstands. And make sure to put a "You must be this tall" sign at the entrance for good measure, make sure the sign is further up than Bdubs head though, haha...
Scar's storytelling in his builds is unmatched. All the little details he puts in every build he makes it just incredible.
I know I'm incredulous of how good it is
Your tree for TFC is beautiful. This has truly been a tragedy, and I really appreciate the grace and poise that all of the hermits have shown in an undoubtedly difficult situation. Grieving a loved one is hard enough, without it being in the public eye. Thank you for your work and your content, and thank you for being such a great person.
Scar, I really appreciate your words at the end. You're truly one of the most wholesome creators out there
Loved your little tribute at the end.
I always admire your outlook on things Scar.
………aaand you’re great to watch too😁🙏🤟
“HoTGuy: The Siege” takes a dramatic new approach at the superhero genre, bringing back the 80’s style we all know and love while combining modern elements seen in the newer movies. The director has put great thought into all aspects. The setwork brings us into many exotic environments, including a thriving theme park, a developed river valley, a modern home, and a castle fit for a king. The cast includes popular names like GoodTimesWithScar as the lead and other popular hermits in supporting roles. The test audiences have loved the humor and action and says “[HoTGuY] is a movie that anyone can enjoy whether you like the action or the humor.” This is one of, if not the best movie since the turn of the century. Make sure to include “HoTGuY: The Siege” on your watch list.

What if you made trash cans on Main Street that functioned as item drop off points for the storage system. You could even make larger dumpsters around the back for bulk drop off.
Comment this on his next video since most of the comments are about the seige so i don't think many people will read ur comment
Yes! Great idea. +1
I love this idea! it adds to the themepark vibes but is still functional. Plus, it gives Scar the opportunity to organize more, as its easier to throw things down a trashcan that's near to you than going to the main storage system.
The exact thing that I thought about☺
This is great
The hermits should make a movie towards the end of the season. Scar has proven he is a wonderful director already. The rift could make for a really interesting problem and so could Decked Out 2.
They kinda did that last season with the whole moon thing finale
@@bellatrn9125 yes, indeed, and it was wonderful. I think it would be cool for a full movie at the end though.
“HotGuy: The Siege” does so excellently what so many fail at, creating something which is in concept a homage to times past yet also breathes a much needed breath of fresh air in the action genre. It is a film with a vigorous vision to forge ahead a new age while also not forgetting its roots. The next must see Summer film.
The tree you made for TFC is a wonderful homage to the legend. When I seen the little pickaxe you’ve placed leaning against the tree I couldn’t help but shed a tear, thank you scar for your kind words too and I appreciate you so much. I don’t comment often but I feel this was important.

You, sir, are a genius

"HoTGuy: The Siege" may be the best standalone film of the decade. With great acting and a powerful drive to tell a story, HoTGuy made it's first debut a smashing success! With great leads such as Scar and the help of a phenomenal cast, you may even forget you're watching a movie! With outstanding visual effects and attention to detail, you won't be able to guess which blocks are real or fake! Although some have criticized the lack of character development, "HoTGuy: The Siege" is filled with enough excitement to satisfy any audience! And with a story worthy of a sequel, you may expect "HoTGuy: The character development" in theaters as early as 1995!
I’ve been going through a rough time. Your words at the end hit me in the heart. Thank you.
" HoTGuy: The Siege" is an outstanding addition to the 80s action hero genre. the protagonist HoTGuy is played by the #1 hermit star, Scar Goodtimes. Adding to my statement, he did all of his own stunts! this piece of Art will inspirer generations to come!
An inspiration to the young actor Tom cruise who followed in the footsteps of GoodTimesWithScar and he too does his own stunts now :)
Adding an appreciation for Scar’s lovely and moving TFC tribute. Love to the hermitcraft community.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned: BDubs will buy back the extra heads! Beautiful tribute to TFC, man. And very touching words. We all love ya right back.
I got to perform at Disneyland a few times when I was in high school and those offset wall doorways into backstage are everywhere! Getting to be back stage was such a treat and I’m so glad you’re including it!
Scar: “finally! I can pay pearl back!”
Bdubs: “allow me to introduce myself”
Now you have to make a 'its a small world after all' ride with bdubs heads on armor stands.
Yes!!!
Omg yes! I was thinking either that or Haunted Mansion where Bdubs is all the 999 "grim grinning ghosts" :D

I appreciate that you took off the hat to pay homage to TFC. That was an amazing touch so something so special
Scar, for inputting the of the items to the storage system, you could use grey shulker boxes. These would be able to simulate sewage covers, and would allow you to dump items underneath the park similar to the underground at Disney.
That was a beautiful eulogy, Scar. You're a good person.
I'm sobbing. What a beautiful memorial.
“Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go” - Jamie Anderson
This quote has helped me through grief in the past and maybe it will help someone else as well
The tree was beautiful Scar! Hope you and the hermits are doing well despite the sad news ❤️
it helped. thank you🤍
A Tree for TFC and his extensive branch mines.

HoTGuy: The Siege is a action packed, 80's thriller that describes the greatness of HoTGuy. HoTGuy is the savior of the Hermitcraft server. Played by GoodTimesWithScar HoTGuy Is able to be hot, play a great game of volley ball, and destroy sieges of mobs with great accuracy. I truly rate this a 6 out of 5 stars. -DaGnomeKing
Just a quick thing: you can actually sell the bdubs heads back to get some diamonds back!
“HoTGuy: The Siege” by writer, director, and producer “GoodTimesWithScar” is an action film like no other. Not only does the action leave the viewer at the edge of their seat, but the scenes were shot beautifully in a way that creates emotion within the viewer. The tracking shots following HoTGuy as he slayed the mobs allowed the viewer to feel one with the action. Overall, this film is a must-see for audiences of all ages so they can experience the wonderful journey of Scar as HoTGuy. I give this film a 10/10.
0:40 The way he even takes of his glasses in anticipation after the alarm rings, 11/10 trope points
It's really wholesome how he even takes off his hat for the speech.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
6 stars out of 5! I would absolutely see this in theaters at least twice if this was a real movie! Good Job Scar!
***SPOILER FREE, EARLY ACCESS REVIEW***
"HotGuy: The Siege" is more than just an action packed spectacle. The title character truly is the hero that HermitCraft needs, even though the King doesn't deserve him. His persona as a mild-mannered theme park engineer is very believable, showing that the actor actually embraced the role, and sought out knowledge of what the job really entails. It's also worth noting that the star insisted on doing all of his own stunts, refusing to let others face danger in his stead. This contributes greatly to the wonderful cinematography of the action sequences, without requiring extensive use of expensive CGI effects. Despite some sub-par acting from a couple of the supporting cast, I am confident that this film will please both audiences and critics. This is the type of film that the term "Summer Blockbuster" was created for, and you're sure to see it brought up frequently when Awards Season begins. It's a S+ tier film, in a B+ year for the industry, a truly delightful experience for audiences of all ages. 🤠👍

At first glance, “HoTGuy: The Siege” is just another entertaining spectacle built on fast paced action, choreographed fight scenes, and typical action movie tropes… but the beautifully written characters, world class acting by both Scar and his co-stars, and the unexpectedly developed storyline, make this an action flick that feels perfectly at home sitting between Shawshank Redemption, and Godfather 2, in your dvd collection. Film of the year? No. This is easily the greatest film of the decade.

Despite being 10 months late, “HoTGuY: The Siege” is a must see for all people wanting a good watch this summer. It was made with that iconic 80’s style that so many people adore, yet brought more modern elements that younger people tend to enjoy. Just watched "HoTGuy" and had a blast with it! It's one of those overlooked hiden gems from the 80-s that every action movie fan should watch! Pretty simple story is overshadowed by awsome fight scenes (including sword fights!), car chases, a touch of scifi and fantasy, and everything is polished by rocking Heavy Metal sound trak! Scar Goodtimsky is not that famous but he did a really good job! I think he could be much bigger with a bit more luck.

Aye aye aye. Good pun
Oh my god that pun wasn’t just a dad joke, it was an uncle joke
When my husband took me to the cinema to see the new film ‘HoT GuY: The Siege’ I was honestly less then trilled. I thought it was just another stereotypical Man-Action-Explosion film, just like the other hundreds he made me watch and that I already had long forgotten, but hey- at least the main actor -Goodtimeswithscar- is hot, so at minimum I would have some eye candy. BUT LISTEN - I couldn’t have been more wrong. This movie is a masterpiece. This movie will change lifes - it certainly already did change mine. This movie will go down in history and if it will not win an Oscar, I seriously think the organisation is rigged.
Once the movie ended and the credits started rolling, I had tears in my eyes and was at a loss for words. When the first people were leaving the room, I couldn’t understand: how can you witness such greatness and then just stand up and leave? I spent at least another hour (before staff kicked me out) in that cinema, just reflecting, thinking, contemplating, scared of how my whole life just changed and how nothing will be the same anymore. How could I just carry on the way I did before? Every single aspect of my life needed to be rethought. Even my husband -who brought me to this movie in the first place- just fell asleep waiting for me. Had he not witnessed what I just did? Did he not understand? Maybe I should divorce him.
Now you may ask yourself: What is so special about this particular movie? Well let me tell you. Inspired by 80s’ Action Movies, the protagonist (Goodtimeswithscar) shows us what it means to be truly human and why we should celebrate life at every given opportunity. That life is worth fighting for. Why we should be compassionate and helpful to others (I can’t be the only one who cried like a river when he saved that poor iJevin from the revengers? Or defended the Soup-Crews bases from those terrifying monsters?). Even every side character grew so much on me and showed me that you never stop growing and evolving. Especially the character arc of RenTheKing, from a corrupted king to a benevolent ruler, was emotional and extremely well done. I don’t want to go into too much detail, since I don’t want to spoil you. Oh, what I would give to watch it again for the first time? If you are not convinced, please watch the trailer!
I give this movie all the stars of the universe and I will watch it again. And I will show it to my kids. And my mother. My neighbours. Everybody should watch this movie. They should make it mandatory in schools. Can’t wait for the Sequel!
