It’s something hard to keep up with and remember for that long unnaturally for most people though, nicknames and randomness has to come about on its own and it’s hard to stay on track

12:00 The calm music just abruptly stops and Scar asking Grian did we do the vote literally 3 seconds after Grian said we will do the vote is just too hilarious. And their replies being we didn't even ask till now is cherry on top. Someone please make an animation of this moment.
I hope that Scar and Grian become the dynamic duo. They always give out a chaotic synergy. The only time they lost was because of their own mistakes (Grian killed himself which caused Scars death). Nonetheless they always be S tier regardless of anything.

they ARE fun together but seeing Scar pair up with people he interacted less during the series would be much more fun (like Tango, Pearl.. anyone really)

@@noatmealcookie02 They don't have to pair up I don't want a force pair because the masses wanted it. Just a different type of it. LIke Grian feeling sad for Scar cause of a prank or he has to cause his life is on the line.
It's always fun cause they're shown to have opposite approaches to things like selling sand or being extremely daring in a hardcore session which someone just entered somewhat illigaly. Like I said before very chaotic synergy.
I like how Scar's task could be fulfilled by him actually avoiding people for 30 minutes after his first nickname-naming, but instead he started to search for more people

Yeah, I mean, look at Double Life. Scar having feather falling IV boots is the reason him and Grian survived being hit off of the cliff. Not to mention how often falling damage occurs and how easy it is to happen. FF is an overpowered enchant.

There's just something so wholesome about Scar immediately breaking character and calling Mumbo by his actual name when Mumbo gifted him the heart, that appreciation was so pure and innocent!

i’d say it definitely did help, but scar would probably have still placed high, or have maybe even still won, without the reroll.
Jellie in a box was adorable. I always like Scar’s ads. They’re so professionally done, yet still radiate so much of his life and personality. 9/10

SO excited to see what all happens in this series! It’s not Hard Life but it’s still going to be great!
It occurs to me, actually, that that would be a great ride for Scarland - a desert-themed ride, where guests ride actual Minecraft camels around the attraction. They'd have a really set path they go on, and they could be run either by the riders themselves (i. e., only way they can go is forward), or pushed along by water streams and ice.

@@ScavengerMerchantIn the intro the statue lights up and it looks kinda like a flipped version of the Evo SMP logo. Also when Scar got the hard task, the text on the screen rhymed which is how the Watchers usually talk.
I am liking how this season is starting out. I'm excited to see where this goes, there is so much that can happen.
I will say, one of my favorite parts is when Scar is running toward Joel and Jimmy getting chased by a baby zombie and cries "There's children in the woods." I smile and laugh every time. It's the way he said it, amazing.

the interesting thing about this season is that it encorages veiwers to watch multiple prespectives or you wont know what their tasks are , it can lead to some tensions between pairing because usually pairs share everything but now they are forced to keep a secret and MUMBO IS BACK!!!!

I've been putting off watching this series but I've been having a rough few weeks and struggling to sleep, and I thought it's time to treat myself to some fresh Scar videos.
Seeing all the hermits saying hi to each other made me feel like I'm back with a bunch of friends and I've been feeling a bit lonely lately, so that was just what I needed. I don't care if I don't actually know any of them - it still cheered me up.
And Scar's cheerful chaos always makes me smile too. Thanks Scar

The funniest part is that Scar didn’t even need to constantly say their names wrong.
He couldve called everyone by a wrong name once and just used words like “you” “hey” etc.
Nothing dictated he had to hold up a long conversation for the thirty mins 😂

Ive been following a couple hermits before, but only recently got back into their shenanigans, binged all the life series and now I actually get to watch everything unfold in real time! I would totally understand that everyone wants to make different connections and alliances, but if this season has buttercups or desert duo action, I will legit explode. My question is about whether "username" is someone's in game username or their RUclips username. If it's RUclips username, scar didn't fail (at least until he read his task to mumbo and grian). Mumbo is mumbojumbo and tango is tangotek

Season 5 is here! I'm so excited! We already have desert duo references, potential cactus monopolies, and salesman scar building up a trading hall! It makes way too much sense that, of all people, it was Scar that had the first exception to the rules, only for Grian to regret it immediately afterwards. It was always going to be either Scar or possibly Jimmy. And Scott interrupting the "canon event" of Scar and Jimmy teaming up in order to prolong their lives and the series as a whole? Comedy gold.
