The HDPE panel is too hard and uncomfortable to wear. TPU encapsulated PCM cooling vest works much better than this one.

Yeah I thought about cooling wear and vest. But watch corporation monopolize the idea and make cooling clothes as a substitute for climate issues.Climate change affects everything like food , livestock, costs, environmental,etc.
I have a better invention than that, if someone wants to fund my idea I can show it to you
