    Stuff we use:
CAMERA - This is the camera we have used to film 90+% of our interviews (over 200 interviews and counting) It continues to be our workhorse - amzn.to/2u66V1J
LENS - Most people ask us what camera we use, no one ever asks about the lens which filmmakers always tell us is more important. This lens was a big investment for us and one we wish we could have made sooner. Started using this lens at the end of 2013 - amzn.to/2tbtmOq
    AUDIO
Rode VideoMic Pro - The Rode mic helps us capture our backup audio. It also helps us sync up our audio in post amzn.to/2t1n2hx
Audio Recorder - If we had to do it all over again, this is probably the first item we would have bought - amzn.to/2tbFlM9
LIGHTS - Although we like to use as much natural light as we can, we often enhance the lighting with this small portable light. We have two of them and they have saved us a number of times - amzn.to/2u5UnHv
COMPUTER - Our favorite computer, we each have one and have used various models since 2010 - amzn.to/2t1M67Z
EDITING - We upgraded our editing suite this year and we’re glad we did! This has improved our workflow and the quality of our work. Having new software also helps when we have a problem, it’s easy to search and find a solution - goo.gl/56LnpM

If I try really hard and don't give up, I can afford to go to a movie. And maybe buy popcorn, but that's pretty expensive. I know people who can buy popcorn AND candy. Rich people. Someday I will be able to do that, too. Today I have to turn on a lamp and make shadow puppets on the wall. It's almost like a movie, but not quite. All the characters have lumpy heads and sound like me.

Everyone’s definition of success is different. You should do what accomplished that for yourself. Shaun is successful in our eyes as he’s doing what he loves and continues to. Having 4 films on Netflix, another just released theatrically by Lionsgate and just completing two more Netflix originals doesn’t hurt either ;)

Sorry to bring it down but is this success? Who is this guy? He's done some big feature work as a stunt guy, but I've seen better film credits with instructors down at community college.

Wow you sound incredibly kind… but I guess success is relative to each person and while it might not seem like success to you, we think him directing the number 1 movie on Netflix in December last year (for over 10 days straight) and having 3 other films that trended on there as well as a pretty decent success story. Small town kid to having number 1 movie in the world. His biggest successes aren’t as a stuntman if you do a little digging. Also he just directed two more Netflix originals back to back. Success is in the eye of the beholder but he’s a success to us :)
