You can add miniband to increase the intensity but they will activate different muscles basically. Hitting each muscle group 2-3x week with the right amount of resistance I would say.
I just did this with boyfriends kettlebells. Lightest he had was 16kg. I'M DEAD. New sub here. Your videos are how I'm gonna make it through the 2nd UK lockdown 😊
