    Great workout!! Loved the modifications and I also appreciated how you showed the exercises from different angles as well. I definitely was not stepping far back on the cross lunges until you showed us! Your videos are keeping me motivated during this quarantine in Southern California!

    Can I add mini-bands to this to make it a little more intense ? Also, how many times a week do you suggest we do these workouts ?

      You can add miniband to increase the intensity but they will activate different muscles basically. Hitting each muscle group 2-3x week with the right amount of resistance I would say.

    I just did this with boyfriends kettlebells. Lightest he had was 16kg. I'M DEAD.
