Step 1 : change yourself (if you don't like to play rough) Step 2 : Learn to wrestle with the bundle energy/joy/love. Step 3 : Keep on wrestling... eventually they'll stop. Step 4 : They'll then want to cuddle, do it, invite them. When done CONSISTENTLY, that'll build a type of connection between the two of you I can't put into words. In return they'll be more willing to be compliant when non-negotiable times arise. Just speaking from my experience. Also, I'm glad I just came across you channel. I definitely subscribed, thank you.
Great advice. Just want I need. My boxer and her mate that's a nutty chocolate lab love to rough play. But I wasn't sure if I was doing the correct thing. But thankfully we are able to get them to stop when we decide it's enough and they will listen.

When i was a kid our big boxer dog use to keep jumping up on me he was just trying to be dominant over me So one day i had enough when he jumped up at me i just smacked him on the nose and said no he never did it again. I became dominant over him he was just a soft lonely dog trying to boss over me .rottweiler dog approach in a park growing at me i just keep walking towards the dog and shouted at the dog it started whimpering and runs off . I had years living with dogs i know how there minds work i find its about being top dog you dont need to be crawl just be strong and mean what you say and tone of voice.

Games to play with Boxers? What type of mental stimulation is needed for them to feel satisfied?
Oh gosh I need help with Watson, my boxer boy. I have created a boxer who goes nuts at other dogs, is hyper vigilant and is so hard to walk. :(
My question is how to assert to the boxer that you are the leader. This is our second boxer this new girl seems to have a very stubborn streak in her
