I love this video! All women have been shamed about normal functioning of our bodies. Also this has led some to neglect themselves and their daughters. You are definitely helping women and girls to find ways to get a routine and maintain it. I love dettol and bidets. I also carry a bottle bidet. Definitely love the probiotics. I think the difficult thing is likely someone lacking in money. It’s very difficult to apply tips when money is low. Some people have to forgo certain things like fully clean clothes. I will never forget seeing someone handwashing their clothes. And during my most difficult time I had to do the same. I just pray for people less fortunate than me. I can now afford greater levels of self care and hygiene maintenance. So is there any more cost effective tips?

I had literally never heard of anyone else openly talking about having HS let alone someone talking about different things to do that could help with the side effects and healing. She was heaven sent! And still to this day I’m always learning something new about women’s hygiene from her. Literally top tier.I’m always complimented on my hygiene now as weird as that sounds.
