I start my day with pray, paragraph of bible reading and devotional before i get out of bed then after i get my kids ready take school its straight to gym.
Listen after living in the country with the best toilets in the world, Japan! My introduction to the bidet there was life changing! Not to forget to mention, they have heated seats! One day, if I can afford it, that is something I am going to get.
I am constantly telling my granddaughters about your channel . I have two that are on their way to college this year and I spoke to them about the pajamas in public . Of course the reaction was , grandma you’re so old fashion. Well thank you for the compliment was my reply with a smile and heart shaped fingers! 😂
I am already trying to add doing a little each day cleaning back into my daily routine. I pray and talked to God while driving back and forth between home,work and car rider lines. It’s my quiet time. I am going to purchase a water filter for my shower. Thank you for your videos. I have been adding items as I can from the list that I make while watching your videos.
My son loves his bidet! But I love the suggestion of micro habits. Feels more sustainable and not as overwhelming of trying to create a habit and failing. But the shower tip... A good shower gel or good smelling soap is extremely relaxing and makes me feel good!!!

Love that you said make water fun bc essential necessity of water drinking is something I still struggle with & I have been feeling like I need to figure out how to incorporate it better. Clothes that make you feel better is also something I can agree with & I am currently going through that change of mindset as well. Flossing is a great one too bc tooth pain really is no joke. Loving all the great tips!!!

I love the bidet suggestion. I plan to get one soon. This is a little embarrassing, but I deal with bladder leakage. I've tried several different things, and nothing seems to help. Is there anything you can recommend or that could help so I won't feel so uncomfortable?

Omg loooove this video especially when u spoke on taking the time to shower bec I truly make it so enjoyable even if it's a 5min shower, heard that portion while I was in the shower so I was excited to reply😆 but I lost my brother a few months ago and lost all energy for doing things I love and certainly guilty of wearing frumpy clothes or pj's outside to get quick errands done.🫣 and all month I kept saying I need to get back to doing the little things that make me happy and its finally starting to stick so I loved that this video popped in my feed today,its a sign im on the right path😝💜 LOOOOOOVE ur J.A.M acronym, so spot on!!🔥🔥🙌🏾
