Good morning Queen ❤️ I had to rebuild my confidence. I suffered a stroke about three years ago and I am unable to walk so I had built up my confidence in a wheelchair. I have dreams hope to walk again. I have constantly tell myself I will be ok no matter if be in wheelchair forever or walk again. I study God word, it sustains me. THANK YOU for sharing some really tips on confidence. This video opened my eyes to a lot of things going in my life. Keep growing in Grace and working in Excellence.
Yes, I would say yes to family, friends and even males that wanted to date me. If they needed something I was there, and when i needed something, they were not. It took me a while (especially with family) to say no. Now I say no and don't feel bad about it. I'm happier with setting boundaries.
