Navel Cleaning Hack: put a few drops of oil in your navel then lay flat for 5-10 min. After, use a qtip to clean it. (The oil helps break up dirt). Then, clean again with alcohol (like you did in the video).

OMG! This took me WAY back to when my mother taught me and my sisters about taking care of our personal hygiene. All that you talked about almost is what I was taught as a young girl. This was so enjoyable. The only thing different is some of the products; however, mostly what we used was all natural. My mom made our soaps and we used ACV to detox our underarms and such. We only used "Ivory" soap down under....I'm laughing because a lot of our younger generation have no idea... They really need to watch this video! I'm pretty old school...I was born in '61 so that will tell you!

Sure wish there had been some way to get this information when I was a young teenager. Back then (1960s), we had to figure it all out on our own. Most of what we learned about hygiene was basic. Use soap and water and deodorant. Period.

We have to shower again before bed and when our monthly comes we have to make sure we do it extra, I don't know how comes you don't do that probably your parents.

This is nothing nice, but I clean my nose every morning. It just helps me breathe better and easier and keeps the possible embarrassment of finding something up there when out in public.
Also, foot odor can be a problem. Use of a good foot spray keeps the funk away.

You look absolutely beautiful. I have a question.. How is it that gynecologists never talk to you about your sugar intake could affect the way you smell down there? They never tell you that you need to control your PH balance and that sugar could affect that. After years of douching, walking around feeling embarrassed, going from doctor to doctor, taking up to 3 showers a day. Someone just mentioned to me to watch my sugar intake and that should correct it and it did.

    • @Colorbrush21
      @Colorbrush21 9 месяцев назад

The reason most gynecologists don't tell you about sugar is because they don't know. They are clueless as to how sugar affects your smell down there. I have learned so much from these youtube tiktoks. Cutting out sugar solves a whole lot of problems.

Love your videos! I would not put alcohol in my belly button, alcohol tends to dry the skin, and in the belly button, it will over of produce sebum in the area, potentially causing an infection, due to over production and overgrowth of bacteria because your skin is trying to overcompensate it self in that area. If you want to use something in your belly button, you should clean it with witch hazel and then I drop or two of castor oil.

Believe every word she said about bidets. I am *never* without use of a bidet!! When leaving home, I carry a travel bidet that runs on batteries and is small enough to fit in my bag. When packing I always pack my portable "hand squeeze" bidet. I'm a cruise travel agent and I am frequently on cruises. I keep a roll-up bag of necessities in a suitcase at all times and always have an extra hand squeeze bidet in there as well, just in case!!

Sometimes, that relentless body odour can be due to foods you eat and how it reacts with your body chemistry. For example, i knew someone whose body odour was so bad whenever she ate red meat. She didn't figure this out until she had a doctor who actually paid attention. She can eat everything else and be absolutely fine. However, once she eats meat, that she smells bad for quite a few days.

Everything but the deodorant… I learned the hard way how it clogs your pores and can secret through your breast milk. Put lime under your arms and around your breast as well.

Thank you ,this was a great video. I really appreciate you sharing your routines with us and I felt like I was listening to someone who genuinely cares about my health❤. I’m going to add a few of your ideas to my routine some of these things I already do which made me feel good to see you doing them too because it’s things that I had to teach myself along the way to becoming an adult.

Clean the earring hole too. I thread a needle with alcohol dipped thick thread and run it through several times like floss. I do this maybe every season or so.

I avoided getting a bidet because a colleague told me that hers caused leaks. Have you had that issue?

No leaks. I upgraded from a portable attachment to one that is a toilet seat unit with the bidet built into it. Got it off, Amazon. I am more than happy with mine!

Consider adding Himalayan pink salt and xylitol sugar to your teeth brushing routine. The salt helps with gum health and the xylitol reduces plaque.

LOVE the tips! Things my momma should've taught but didn't. A lot I'm learning by trial and error.
I don't play with mouth hygiene though.😮 I began flossing and now my then black gums are turning a healthy pink because the food buildup has all but disappeared. After brushing, and flossing, Waterpik use I like to rinse with Dr. Tichenors. Amazing stuff.

I'm going to be honest. When your baby comes, you would be happy to take a 15 minute shower.
This routine is for women without kids. Single women.
Tell me your routine when you have a screaming baby, breast feeding, breast leaking all day, little sleep. You're going to throw all of that out the window.
    That's how it goes.
You would exchange a shower for sleep some days. Watch when the baby Is no longer a newborn but an infant.

I love this video because I've been on this same level up journey. I learned a few things thank you. Now to add on: Keri in shower body oil is life. It's moisturizing but washes off nicely, leaving you soft but not overly greasy and smelling good. Dr. Teal's has a Cannibus epsom salt for ultimate body relaxation. Invest in ear/nose hair trimmers. Also I suffer from keratosis pilaris so using Amlactin lotion mixed with my oil and scented lotion plus in shower Dove exfoliate away wash has been a dream for my skin. And finally the handheld shampoo massagers are an inexpensive gem.

Thank you for the info. I started using Vanicream and I can see the changes in my complexion - positive. Dove and Nivea made me smell like vomit - bad chemical reaction. The first cleanser, use just rub on chest and that's it?

I absolutely love this video! Informative and truly comedic. You’re looking absolutely amazing, as usual! ❤ Just to mention- you may want to reconsider sunscreens that have many chemicals that have been found to be hazardous to health. Research natural sunscreens. So happy for you, hubby and the “new”one returning. ❤
