Hi, I'm watching you from Russia where people often are er... not very nice to others who are different from them in any way. I'm so happy to see there's so much empathy and acceptance somewhere in the world. Thank you for sharing your sister's story. She looks beautiful! Hugs to both of you
Wow those people seemed so nice, tell her me and my little brother think she looks beautiful(before and after) I’m so glad she’s had those surgeries and can feel more comfortable in her body. I’ve already started saving up for my top surgery!!
WOW! They made such a nice difference in her jaw line and nose!!! I'm glad she's feeling happy. Just a small change can make such a difference in how we feel inside❤
I’m so happy that your sister was able to get this! I have a trans woman friend who may want to take the same route as Leah, so I’ll be sure to let her know about this!
I am extremely happy for her and proud of her strength to do what needed to do. I take inspiration to try be that strong through things in my life. I hope she continues to heal well and continues to find happiness. We all must remember Death is easy. There is no more pain. Its simple. Life is hard, Life is pain, happiness, love. And that is why we live, that is why we fight every day. This is to everyone who ever stops by the video. NEVER stop fighting we all love you.
I feel like the doctor took inspiration from your face and nose when doing Leahs, her new nose reminds me so much of yours! And she looks so much more comfortable in her skin 🥺
I've seen so many plastic surgery videos and usually people are black and blue and very swollen! Leah is so lucky that she had minimal swelling/bruising
I would love to see her hair in different styles, her hair color is beyond stunning. I’m so glad she’s finally feeling authentic and content in her own skin. I’m so pleased for her! Her surgery outcome looks fantastic

For every girl, trans or cis, out there that struggles with accepting their body I highly recommend you go on Aly Art channel. She talks about body types but it's not really about finding yours, it's about how she speaks of every feature. Crooked nose? Gorgeous, dramatic. Fleshy hipps? Amazing, sexy. Tiny eyes? Beautiful. Teenage-like body? Gives a lot to play with style wise. Short? Fantastic. Very tall? Absolutely beautiful. She uses such beautiful words to describe womens body that it doesn't matter what your actual type is. It matters that you're unique and beautiful ♥
I am so incredibly happy for Leah and so amazed by how brave she is!!! I'm sure she will face some difficulties and judgements as the world isn't perfect, but she is so extremely lucky to have such a wonderful and supportive family!!! 💜🖤💜🖤💜👏👏👏👏👏
The footage of Leah coming from the surgery made me really scared for her for a second because I haven’t seen anyone after a facial surgery before. I‘m so happy for your sister. I‘m literally smiling the whole time. I also have a female trans friend and so I imaginend her getting those surgerys. All love to you, your sister and every trans person
Love the changes that were done! It's so subtle changes that it doesn't make your sister look like someone else, but it's still a huge difference with how feminine her face looks now
Although she was lovely in both the before and after there is a contentment (I hope that's a good word for it ) in her eyes in the after. And thank her for allowing us into her personal metamorphosis into what she always was.
She looks so pretty :0!!!!! This series made me realize how luck I am to be trans masc and not trans fem, sure dysphoria still sucks but I dont have to go through all the surgeries that trans women have to go through. I am so grateful she got the care she deserved, and that she had you to support her through this process. Much love to you both❤
We were fortunate enough to have these surgeries gifted, but you’ll find that on average these surgeries cost significantly less in Korea than in the UK. Even once you factor in travel/hotel etc, it’s still cheaper. Plus, being the plastic surgery capital of the world - the doctors in SK are generally far more experienced. But, it’s super important to check/vet doctors properly as it is possible to get scammed. This is why DocFinder is a lot easier if you’re a foreigner because they only work with legitimate hospitals/have translation services that can make the process easier. Honestly, I would recommend Doctor Kim to anyone who wanted FFS, he was fantastic, but it really is down to the individuals needs and limitations (travel etc). If you do decide to go, I recommend waiting until the quarantine period is gone though as this was utterly awful ahaha. Sending love to you and your daughter !!
She was a beautiful woman before & after, but now that she's had her surgery she can look in the mirror and hopefully feel like who she's always been. I'm so happy for her. ♥

I'm so happy for your sister that she feels more comfortably and happy in her body now. I can't even start to imagine the weight lifted off of her shoulders
It makes me so sad that trans people don't always get accepted. Especially because I don't understand why you would have a problem, it has no effect on other people and is already enough of a challenge by itself. I am so happy that your sister is feeling happier, she was and is so beautiful. I am a bit jealous of her hair colour...
Those before and after pics truly showed what an amazing job the doctors did! So happy for your sister, I'm glad she's able to feel more comfortable in her body, and thank her for allowimg such a vulnerable experience to be shared online ❤
She looks so beautiful, like a pre-raphaelite painting! She reminds me of Elizabeth Siddal (poet, painter, wife of Dante Gabriel Rossetti and frequent model of his and other artists) I am glad they didn't give her a tiny button nose. her nose still has character and personality but is just a bit more feminine.
Yesss I was trying to put my finger on what she reminded me of and she literally looks like she stepped out of one of the beautiful pre-raphaelite paintings of women with red curly hair.
I had a breast lift last month. When my wife came to pick me up she said I was the color GREIGE. Gray/beige. She was shocked. Too bad she didn't take a picture but I totally understood when you said you were shocked at how bad she looked 😂
I've been waiting for this new update ever since I saw. the first video and ahh your sisters voice is so pretty and she looks so content now after that last check up which just makes me excited to see her living her best life.
This 🥺 was my face the whole time, I can't express enough how I'm happy for Leah. And not them giving her a little facial care so they make sure she feels like a queen that she is. ❤️❤️
The part where you ask how do you feel and your sister answered “finished” gave me a warm fuzzy feeling - that must be a truly wonderful feeling for your sister and I am really happy that she has been able to experience it. Thank you for documenting and sharing, it’s a very heartwarming story and your love for your sister is also amazing to see shine through. Well done to both of you!
This made me tear up And I love the way you framed the videos, even if you thought of it or not, you focused on how your sister was doing, and how she felt, instead of yourself, which is exactly how these kinds of videos should be framed!
I’m curious if as a loving and supporting sister you ever accidentally misgender your sister out of habit? Growing up you must have seen her one way and now as she is finding her true self do you ever make small mistakes?
Your sister is so lucky to have you as her sibling 😍 This whole story of you doing this together will surely strengthen your bond and is just heartwarming to watch. 💖 Not to mention the bravery it took to have a surgery on the other side of the planet! You two are unstoppable.
Tell your sister that I think she's very brave. Both of you, really. Of course I've never travelled, so the idea of traveling to another country sounds overwhelming to me. But even if the two of you are used to traveling, there was also the two weeks of isolation. And then she's brave to go through the surgeries, even though they were extremely important, surgery is a hard thing to go through. So yeah, I think you're both very brave, and you're an incredible sister for being with her through all of this. Thanks for sharing this experience with us, and tell your sister thank you for allowing you to.
Oooh I’ve been looking forward to this since last episode. Hope everything’s going well with your sister, truly an inspiration to ANYONE who wants to live their authentic self, no matter what that looks like.
Wow, what great results! Surgery is so interesting. I wish I could have this done for my nose, it’s barely functional. Also, random, but can you ask your sister if she would be interested in some hair videos? She has the prettiest hair. You could do a video where she goes to the salon and has some treatments done or something. And maybe extensions if she wanted? I just think it could be nice for her and fun to watch.
I hope this isn't insensitive, but the results are so subtle that she looks naturally feminine now. Sometimes I see before and after surgeries where the person looks VERY different, almost like a new person, after having surgeries. I'm really happy that your sister still looks like herself, just more feminine now. Again, I mean this in the best way possible. Your sister is beautiful and has gone through a lot to feel comfortable in her own body. It's nice to see that she isn't completely different to how she was before, it's a very natural transition that suits her so well! I'm also glad that she's doing well after all those invasive surgeries and I hope that she's living her best life now 💕
hopefully this question is not rude. Is there a surgery to reduce the Adams apple? Does she plan on doing that surgery? ... Actually now that I'm asking. Is there a surgery to make an adams apple bigger in case F to M wants to look more masculine?
You've got a warm and welcoming community, because you yourself a wholesome arse bish and we love to see it Being able to give your sister such an oppurtunity is just an absolute bliss to see

This 🥺 was my face the whole time, I can't express enough how I'm happy for Leah.
And not them giving her a little facial care so they make sure she feels like a queen that she is. ❤️❤️
It's amazing how they can literally show what her jaw bone looked like before and now!
Your sister was beautiful before her surgery and even more so after
I'm so glad she had you there to keep her company and make her feel comfortable. You're a great sister 💗
I cannot imagine the relief she must feel knowing that she looks how she feels. So happy for her!
This made me tear up
And I love the way you framed the videos, even if you thought of it or not, you focused on how your sister was doing, and how she felt, instead of yourself, which is exactly how these kinds of videos should be framed!
That is an amazing library, no doubt.
...
Why can I hear Angela Lansbury singing?!
I'm so happy for your sister! I just about gasped when they showed the scan images and the drastic difference in her jaw line. Medicine is amazing.
Your sister is so beautiful and brave
Wow, especially after the surgery, she really does look like you. This is incredible though. I'm happy for her.
Thank you for sharing the pure joy! So excited for your q&a ✨✨✨
I’m curious if as a loving and supporting sister you ever accidentally misgender your sister out of habit?
So amazing! Thank you and your sister for sharing this special and personal journey with us.
I'm also glad that she's doing well after all those invasive surgeries and I hope that she's living her best life now 💕
Beyond wholesome content. Your sister was already quite beautiful, now she is elevated. ❤
she is incredibly strong to go through with this surgery. i know its going to make her quality of life so much better
EEEEKKKKK I am so excited about her transformation 😻😻😻😻😻😻
Thank you Leah for sharing your journey of surgery and thank you Eleanor for filming sending love to you both xxxx
hopefully this question is not rude. Is there a surgery to reduce the Adams apple? Does she plan on doing that surgery? ... Actually now that I'm asking. Is there a surgery to make an adams apple bigger in case F to M wants to look more masculine?
You've got a warm and welcoming community, because you yourself a wholesome arse bish and we love to see it
Being able to give your sister such an oppurtunity is just an absolute bliss to see
