    • @OceanSwimmer
      @OceanSwimmer 2 года назад +121

      I am a retired OR RN; for an elective procedure, I think 8 hours is going to be the max time under anesthesia.
      In other words, these procedures are done in steps. One procedure at a time.
      (I haven't assisted with this particular type of surgery)
      I HAVE assisted with many, many cosmetic and dental procedures, sinus surgery, eye and neurosurgery.
      A full face and neck lift, with upper and lower eyelid lifts takes almost 8 hours. Add a forehead lift, it WILL take 8 hours.
      The amount of stress and physical trauma (surgery is PLANNED trauma) to the body is significant!
      When someone is injured extensively, with multiple injuries, a plan is decided.
      Some things can be temporarily stabilized, so critical repairs and support can be done right away. Then they go back to surgery for the next steps.
      Tolerating all of that is going to depend on the overall health and age of the patient. Everyone is different. People respond differently to stress on the body.
      I would never, ever, advocate for these procedures.
      Who "you" are is NOT your body.
      Unless you're ill or 'broken' your physical body does everything possible to give you the best life: be good to your body. Treat it well --- with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Take care of your teeth and feet. Wear your seatbelt. Have your annual checkups. Listen to what you learn about your health from your provider, and ask questions if you don't understand.
      Consult with your doc or nutritionist provider to plan what vitamin and mineral supplements will nourish you best. Don't smoke anything. Drink alcohol sparingly.
      The benefits will really come into play when you're 70. All the care you've given your body will payoff then, in spades.
      I'm 70 and did that. When I look at others my age, I can really tell who has done preventive maintenance --- it shows.
      Your body is your willing servant, and should be treated with respect and care.
      Don't damage it, and for God's sake, don't punish it with this unnecessary abuse!
      Trust me, this type of surgery is brutal, bloody, VERY painful, and good results are NOT guaranteed!!!
      Look at all the critical structures adjacent to the work being done: the sinuses, brain, eyes, teeth, tongue, and jaws....use your imagination and think what could happen if just ONE of those places gets infected, bleeds after the surgery, has nerve damage...or later in life you take a fall and smack your jaw or forehead!
      If any of those places on your head has problems, it could mean another surgery.
      ----And I don't know if insurance would cover this. My guess is not.

      @@selfproclaimedcowboy8587 How is that not a mental illness? like I'm coming from a place of love because I worry about people like you. You should love your body. While you are a boy as gender is in your head (as I'm guessing you are a trans man). I don't believe cutting bits of your body off you dislike as mentally healthy and is just suppressing other deeper issues. I hope you reconsider this permanent change.

    • @selfproclaimedcowboy8587
      @selfproclaimedcowboy8587 11 месяцев назад +9

      @robertk3929 Please don’t take that comment seriously. But anyways, i’ll try to explain for you. Gender dysphoria in itself is not a mental illness, it’s more of an emotion. Of course if left alone it can result in serious mental illness, like depression. But the reason most transgender people want to change their bodies is because of society, not mental illness. We’re treated like something we’re not because of certain body parts, so of course we don’t like those body parts. Not only do those body parts cause us to be treated weirdly, but they also make us feel really different from other people. So I guess that’s the deep meaning behind it, but let’s be honest it’s really not deep. I’m assuming you’re a man as your name is robert, but imagine one day you woke up with female body parts. If we ignore the fact that that’s impossible, you’d probably feel pretty unhappy. When everyone around you is treated like a man for having male body parts and your being treated like a woman for having female body parts despite looking, acting, and dressing like a man, having “self love” isn’t possible. The real question is, why is it that when transgender people have “sex change” operations or hrt for our own well being were considered mentally ill, but when cisgender people have operations simply because they want to make themselves attractive it’s completely fine?

    Breast augmentation was by far the most pain I felt post op. Most annoying part of recovering from FFs is the swelling. It took nearly a year to go down completely. Mentally it's hard to wait for the finished results when you look worse than before after spending ten thousands of dollars to get ride of your male features.

    I am a trans woman that had this exact surgery (all of the procedures) at once. Got entire forehead, mandible, chin, cheeks, adam’s apple removal, feminizing nose job and brow lift. I was under anesthesia for 8-10 hours if I am not wrong. The cost was near 6 figures and the recovery was brutal, the amount of swelling and pain was big and the pain killers were my saviors. Could not eat anything strong for 3 weeks and the swelling last good 2 months and final results are until 6 months to 1 year. I can say that this surgery changed my life so much for the best, I don’t feel uncomfortable with how I look and I feel I look like the woman I always aspired to be. I worked super hard for years to achieve this and seeing how brutally hard this surgery and the recovery is, I feel confused on why there would be people that still say that transgender is a choice, because is not. I am super happy with the results and if I was told if I would ever do this surgery again seeing how happy these results made me, I sure would. ❤️

      Deuteronomy 11:16 KJV
      Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;
      2 Timothy 3:13 KJV
      But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
      lets analyse the lies through which are we daily deceived:
      lie: schools are of use (fact. schools keep slavery alive and stands for dumbing down the population of mankind)
      lie: moon and mars landings, (fact: even masons know they cannot leave - earth is closed system, unless you want to drown, there is no other place created for us to live in.)
      lie: news channels share truth (fact: these are for politic propaganda)
      lie: voting matters (fact: politic propaganda)
      lie: money has a value of its own (fact: it is just a tool of this world, which value has been agreed upon world wide, it should be not loved, only used as needed.)
      lie: NASA lies (globe and all....) (fact: NASA stands for TO DECEIVE and 2 members expose their own lies, one is still alive, the other (Wernher Von Braun) place a clear clue on his own gravestone) - you havn´t searched - have you?
      lie: the lgbtq++++ propaganda (fact: it is a part of masonry depopulation agenda, 500 000 000 souls, thats their goal - Georgia Guidestones! - who said it be worthy to forget?)
      lie: Evolution and the dinosaurs. (fact: mankind is not hybrid kind)
      to keep stating that there was an evolution, then we ain´t humans, we aint then mankind, we are then hybrids. Are you a hybrid?
      Lie: holidays (xmas, Halloween, new year eve and so on) (fact: PAGAN HOLIDAYS, to praise BAAL, the god of this world)
      lie: U.F.Os (fact: they are demons/evil spirits in high places, against whom we fight daily = spiritual warfare)
      lie: rules and laws rule the world (fact: signs and symbols of masonry do)
      lie: believe in being educated (fact: found daily living with the lack of knowledge)
      lie: religions are ways to heaven (fact: JESUS CHRIST is only way to heaven. Religions, no matter its name = masonic garbage)
      lie: our dead loved ones stay around to “ghost” (fact: hunting and ghosting is job of demons, not of humans. We, humans, come from GOD and return back to HIM and all the stories of having been seen a ghost - terrifying, scary, dark, cold - again no job of analysing been done here by you- right?)
      Lie: Humans have no immune system and we need vaccines as these save lives (fact: humans HAVE IMMUNE SYSTEM and vaccines are created for one or two purpose: to kill or to cripple. If you took all their poison shots then later in life comes all kinds of medical diagnoses = vaccines crippled you - remember that)
      lie: there is no GOD (fact: There is GOD, who redeems sinners and created us directly from the dust of the earth: Psalms 139:14 (KJV)
      I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.)
      to keep claiming that there is no GOD and we aint created directly from the dust of the earth, we soon run out logic, regardless to we place “evolution” in our claims or not and our dead, whats happening to them as they sleep in their graves? - they decay away, becoming the dust form which they were taken, if it ain`t so then we are simply reality deniers.
      lie: 911 was terror attack (fact: 911 was an inside job, meaning the work of your loved government)
      lie: TV watching is of use (fact: television (TV) = tell a lie vision, a weapon for our minds, keeping it under MK ULTRA)
      half lie/half truth: earth is a stage where everyone plays rolls (fact: earth is stage, a freemasonry checkerboard, where both side, black and white are masons and humans both in politics and regular souls = the naive public gets daily played)
      lie: children are government to raise (fact: children are parents to raise, it takes 2 to make them, it takes 2 to raise them).
      Lie: we live already in the matrix (fact: we live since birth in BABYLON which is to become “matrix” as Man - us, must merge with machine aka take the mark of the beast and then matrix aka false reality becomes to be 100%)
      lie: humans are not intelligent enough (fact: it is forgotten fact, we all are intelligent, many have suffered the illness from this world, being indoctrinated by masons, cause who give us the school system which we have? masons did, because they need slaves).
      Lie: love is low standard and = lust (fact love is high standard as love means>
      John 15:13
      Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
      Lie> do what thy wilt there is no body who has the right to judge you (fact> GOD SHALL JUDGE YOU AFTER YOU HAVE DEPARTED ON EARTH and Christians are also called to give out righteous judgment, therefore repent * born again * go and sin no more)
      lie: slavery is over (fact: slavery was never over, it just changes a little as we are no longer buy`d or sold, still prepared through school systems for our future slavery, succumb to our slave lives based on our free will)
      lie: BIBLE is man written and a fairytale (fact: BIBLE is written by GOD, through man, bible is not fairytale.
      BIBLE IS:
      BASIC
      INFORMATION/instruction
      BEFORE
      LEAVING
      EARTH
      = BIBLE. A book - yes, book which we all need as it is only one filled with information and instructions we all need for life on earth.
      Lie: Miss beauty contests around the world is about beauty of FEMALES (fact: these contests are about beauty of MALES IN DRAG)
      lie: Medical “virus” known as COVID 19 (facts: real VIRUSES are in Hollywood and kept secret:
      - THE TTM virus = being tare, trans, mason.
      Lie: There is no truth, no right nor wrong and all is allowed as long as you are happy. (fact: truth is easy to find, search: BIBLE + FREEMASONRY and expose masons in masonry).

      After the first week or so, it’s much more bearable, and you make a full recovery in a couple more weeks.
      Surprising, but the recovery is not THAT bad!

      @@blurb8397 --- I don't know where you 'heard' what you wrote, but let me say it's NOT a walk in the park!!! Anyone who says so is lying to you.
      It's not "minor surgery" no matter what someone tells you:
      Your head has an extensive blood supply, lots and lots of muscles, miles of nerves, and many critical structures.
      It means blood loss, aching jaw and forehead, and a major change to your skull strength.
      Each of those procedures is done one at a time.
      A nose job is one of the most easily messed up surgeries performed. They didn't show that one because it involves rasps, chisels, and 'peeling back' the skin covering your nose.
      I've seen patients who were having their SIXTH, SEVENTH, or EIGHTH surgery to correct a bad nose job....from 'some other' doctor.
      If it isn't broken, don't mess with it. Instead, Google "botched cosmetic surgery" and look at all the people who now have deformed faces and nerve damage. If that doesn't convince you, look up a video of the surgery on a real patient.
      Therapy is cheaper, and addresses the reasons why you think changing your appearance will solve all your problems.

    Rather than destroying that forehead area, I wonder if they could just insert a gel pad to make the forehead more bulby and less flat, cavemanish. It seems too delicate an area to mess around with. You might have eye problems, headaches, infections that get into the brain. Always try the least invasive paths first.

      @Lindalkidd 2 года назад +2

      Andi, that is exactly one of the options to deal with feminization of the forehead. Sometimes adding material is better, and sometimes removing is better. Your doctor can discuss your options with you.

    • @Lunardigitmusic
      @Lunardigitmusic 2 года назад +6

      That’s actually a thing! They don’t use gel though, they use bone paste. It’s called a type 2 forehead reconstruction, and in some cases it’s the better option, but for most cases adding material causes the forehead to look strange and doesn’t help the situation.
      The procedure in the video is a type 3 reconstruction, and one of the reasons to reduce it is to reduce shadows cast by the brow bone onto the face, which can cause the face to look more masculine. Reducing the forehead also improves rhinoplasty results as it can meet the nose at a more feminine angle.
      Type 3 is also the best option when it comes to structural integrity as you’re not reducing the thickness of the bone like in Type 1. Type 1 is where they just grind the bone down to make it more flat. 99% of cases it’s not the best option, though, as you can’t take away as much of the bump before getting to the limit of how thin the bone can be. I had a friend who got a type 1 done 5 years ago and her results look great but her upper sinus is now paper thin. Luckily she hasn’t had complications from it, though!
