      This has no effect on me or my wife, no change in HRV, no change in brainwaves, but seems to work for some others. I'm actually more curious about Pulsetto, but there are indeed a lot of questions about quality and returns to Lithuania. Meditation, breathing, etc., do help but are difficult to stick to. Everyone seems to want a shortcut by spending money.

      Even though it's not useful for me, the service from Amofit is indeed top-notch. No need to worry about returns or quality

      I am concerned on the small size as the thin size implies a very weak low level magnet with weak electrical charge. However could be advantageous for lungs and hear in being worn so close.

    I have had the Amofit S+ since December 2023 and have seen significant positive results. I live with ME/CFS and POTS. My HRV has improved as have energy levels, ability to walk short distances, and I have avoided relapse crashes since using the device. The decision to try Amofit followed some small benefit with use of a Tens and ear clip. No regrets at all! I even bought a second Amofit device as a back up…

    I've used this as well as the pulsetto - the pulsetto blows this away in it's efficacy and user friendliness. And what I mean by that is the Amofit has 2 different modes. One is activating for focus and one is calming for stress and you hold the button to switch modes. And it's supposed to be a treatment that lasts x amount of time and then shut off. Only it doesn't shut off half the time. It's a roll of the dice. And when it doesn't shut off, it goes into the other mode. So let's say you are going to sleep and you put it on calm mode and you start to fall asleep and then focus mode comes on and sleep becomes impossible. You can't control it, you can't trust it and the impact it makes is small- it definitely does 'work' but I think the pulsetto is more effective, easier to use and reliable (even with needing to use gel).

    Chris, thanks so much for doing a product review. Very helpful. Currently the product website is charging $248 for a single disc. Fir ne that's a large sum for something of uncertain value. Some people might be more sensitive to EMF fields and it might work for them. Again, many thanks.

    I have one as well. I haven’t felt any dramatic effects in the last year with it.
    Ironically I love it for sleep, I can hear the pulses when it’s quiet enough and that relaxes me 😅

    I was very skeptical myself but to my surprise I felt the calm mode working shortly after putting it on. When I removed it to let my wife try I also felt the difference of not having it on. I am someone that I think is prone to be more sensitive to it, as I may have higher sensitivity to electric fields in some way. ie: when in big shopping stores with lots of lights I get a nauseous feeling fairly quickly and need to leave the store to feel better. Maybe that could be an indicator to what kind of people it may work better on.

    Vegus nerve I have been using the sensate 2 for 30 days. I cannot say there is any improvement. However the sensate 2 cost me £170 which is not too bad plus the sessions are very relaxing and pleasurable.
    Latest vegus nerve stimulator is the VERILIEF prime. This is similar to the pulsetto but more varied and more powerful.

    Just got mine and the calm mode works quite well in just few minutes.
    I found it hard to get angry and normally it is easy to get angry for me.
    It also make me sleepy a little bit for some reason.
    ll update when I try the other 2 modes.

      @@ComputerStuff Amofit S only has 2 modes. Amofit S+ has 3. Immunity mode. I have yet to try it.
      Honestly I would not recommend the device for most people. It helps but if you're not aware its helping then the amount it helps feels like it doesn't even does that. You have to be conscious of your state of awareness.

    Are you measuring your HRV? That's supposedly the key biomarker for this working or not. That's what they measure in the studies.

    • @ComputerStuff
      @ComputerStuff  2 месяца назад +1

      Great question. HRV is a solid metric for a variety of markers including mental fortitude, however the goal for Amofit is to make you "feel" good - and high HRV may not always indicate that you feel your best mentally. Plenty of athletes with high HRV for example have anxiety.

    • @jstu13
      @jstu13 2 месяца назад +2

      I just ordered one and intend to compare my baseline HRV to HRV after using it for some time. Obviously HRV varies from person to person, it's the change that's important to determine if it's really serving its purpose. Or at least my purpose for it

    Stay the hell away from people who lead Drama driven lives, (narcissists, bipolar). They will pull your healthy energy away then turn it into anxiety. Solitude is best for calming with appreciation of Nature. Plant a garden small or big, yard or on balcony/patio, doesn’t matter, it redirects you. Walks in Nature’s beauty truly heals. A street lined with trees, birds sing, chipmunks scatter…. all renews. Good Luck.
