The one by Hagibis is better for storage. It has slot for full 2.5" sata and M.2 nvme drive, while Satechi with ssd enclosure only supports M.2 sata ssd full name if anyone is interested: Hagibis USB-C Hub with Dual Hard Drive Enclosure, Type-C Docking Station for Mac Mini (MC25 Pro HD)

I absolutely agree having the card reader at the front is an absolutely must; however I see and issue with cable management with all those cables at the front.

For the M2 minis, you may still need a fan as they average at 40 C. But for the old space heater models, it may, but I highly doubt it. And like I said, spacers exist.

That is not a USB-C port. It's a Thunderbolt port! Make this dock with Thunderbolt passthrough and then it would be worth it!!! Otherwise you're sacrificing a much much faster interface

I’m not sure if it’s just yours, but mine never overheated with the dock.
You can literally remove the fan from the M1 Mac mini and it won't overheat. Plus, spacers exist.

Yep. It definitely overheats my 2018 MacMini. With the base, CPU and GPU went up to 72'C and 65'C. Took the base off, temps dropped to 42'C and 44'C.
