You entirely missed the fact that those custom built PCs has replacable components unlike the mac mini which is soldered. You can’t replace anything in case it goes bad, neither you can upgrade. You get what you get. If you need a stationary computer and don’t use any apple specific applications then build a PC you will be happier in long term.
