Rectangle is much nicer when you memorise the short cuts. Hold down the Ctrl and Opt keys then press:
    U - top left quarter
    I - top right quarter
    J - bottom left quarter
    K - bottom right quarter
    D - left third
    F - middle third
    G - right third
    E - left 2/3rds
    T - right 2/3rds
    C - center the window
    Return - full screen
    Backspace - exit full screen/restore
    + - window bigger
    - - window smaller
    Up Arrow - top half
    Bottom Arrow - bottom half
    Left Arrow - left half
    Right Arrow - right half
They're very easy to remember and make moving things around easier

      Quite the opposite.
Power toys has very limited functionality compared to sth like keyboard maestro combined with Apple shortcuts and user scripts.
I know because I tried replicating my workflow on the work computer and I haven’t been able to.
The apps in this short are basic, I bet most power users don’t use them.
Not trying to be the “windows bad” guy, but from my experience so far having used both systems is that windows is a lot less friendly to power users.
