Your windows are 1000% the reason for your electric bill! I had mentioned it when you first talked about it. New windows, nice hurricane safe, preferably tinted would be your best bet. Yes it will be expensive, but would pay itself back in a few years, especially since your bills are $700-$800 a month. Do it, you won’t regret it… and it will be safer for hurricane seasons
You actually don't have to edit anything in the listing. Just go to edit and it'll update the selling fees and then you just update it. Super easy 💯

Talking about Mercari 0 fee. There is a huge catch to. They are now charging you $2.00 every time you deposit your funds and $3.00 for Instant payout. On top of that buyers will now have 3 days to file a return for any reason. There’s always a catch.
I've noticed that UPS insurance is cheaper through pirate ship than it is eBay. I usually save myself a few dollars, whenever I'm shipping something UPS and it's value is more than $100.
Hey, Dave. I just had a sale on Monday for $2428. And yes, USPS has a 1000 value insurance cap on their deliveries (which would give been $14 BTW). So I printed the label on Pirate Ship, with full 2500 insurance, and insurance cost 18.40.
In my state, the power company will come out and do a free assessment of what would be a draw on the electricity or heat.
Turn off the Tv's they suck up alot of Energy and unplug the ones that are not being used. Anything plugged in will draw Energy

Yes Posh lowest fee is $2.95 so I do not list for under $7.00
If you don’t want to lower your prices down 10%, my understanding is you can bulk deactivate the listings then activate the listing. This is supposed to update your items.
There was a notification on my Mercari that allowed me to click it and it automatically bulk lowered all my prices by 10% which allowed them to qualify for the no fees. Of course if you don’t want to drop the prices I’m sure you can go in and edit each one but I figured I need sales so why not. It will be interesting to see if it affects whether people buy less on Mercari or not. As far as the $2 fee when sending your payment to your bank account, it sucks, but I would rather pay $2 once or twice a month when I transfer my balance than pay 10% fees on each sale.
Get a home energy assessment, also known as a home energy audit they pressurize your house buy putting big fans in your external doors and then they can find where the air gets out also from what i seen of your windows in past videos they probably need replacement get multiple pane windows but keep in mind the in Florida it is always a good idea to keep drapes closed or when you look into new window get ones that also help reflect the sum out instead of letting heat in also house in Florida need insulation to it not just to keep cold out but cold in also but do a home energy assessment you will be very surprised what you find and some energy company even help offset the cost
