Excellent! I've been selling casually since 2007. Still using an ink printer. Imma get a thermal printer right now! great video! I love the tough-love intro. HA!
I definitely have too much stuff!!! I call it hoarding tendencies!! 😂 I get the “high” from buying items and getting a great deal. I don’t have to keep the item!! I decided to start selling to get rid of stuff and I can still go shopping!!! Win win!! 😊
Cool stuff, how did you wind up sourcing all your inventory? Is it just stuff you had laying around the house and you just started posting? Or have you gone out and sourced stuff from garage sales or marketplace?
I started just by listing all the stuff around my house. Then I started buying/asking for old control panels from manufacturers to disassemble the components. My day job is designing industrial machine upgrades so its just a unique niche to be in. I don't really do the garage sale hunt.
Hey! You can order free shipping supplies from UPS and USPS. Turn the boxes inside out (so you can't see any branding) and use those instead of buying boxes. Might save you some cash in the long run :)
Time is money! Spending time cutting/reassembling boxes to cheat USPS out of boxes designed for a specific paid service is not worth it to save a bit of cash, IMO.
Great tips CJ thanks!
