This was the first movie I ever saw with Ingrid Bergman and I fell in love with her immediately: the elegance, the voice, the accent. She is one of the greats.
Love, Luv ,this movie , Ingrid Bergman is just fantastic as she is in all her movies ,Igor is really quite passionate with her, must have been the new dance she taught him ..."The Dentist " that's perfect, always cracks me up , she is trying to keep up with the times , she is a cool cat !!! and Goldie with those HUGE eyes with falsh eyelashes of course , very popular then she's always wonderful (Oscar performance),lastly the great Walter Matthau,all around classic film .

It was just a thrill to watch this movie, I love it I love it I love it, and I saw the remake first (just go with it) which yes it was funny but I prefer this version soooooo much better. I love Ingrid she is just pure goodness!!! God she looked beautiful at any age! she deserve better in this movie :-P it was awesome to see her in this comedy....what has she done to me, I can't stop wacthing her movies or her interviews

Ingrid is 54 here....Awesome...she totally blows Goldie Hawn (half her age) off screen...There will only ever be one Bergman, if only she had done more comedy because she is very funny.

Does anyone believe Goldie Hawn deserved the Oscar for this film? Because I was reading a review on Amazon of this movie and this guy began to question if the Academy gave it to the wrong person. And you something? I agree with him: How can they give an Oscar to Hawn and NOT to Julie Andrews for "The Sound of Music"? Even more stunning Brenda Vaccaro, who orginated the Toni Simmonds role of "Cactus Flower" on Broadway was nominated for an Tony and lost! So in short, that is all I got to say.

Not her best film, but it's so nice to see Ingrid really let herself go and not be afraid to be crazy, something I haven't seen since Carole Lombard.
