15 MIN FULL BODY workout at home - No Repeat, No Jumping, No Equipment, with breaks, Burn Calories

  • With this workout you train your entire body without any equipment. The first part takes place standing and the second part on the ground.
    Improve yourself by getting faster from workout to workout. If you want, you can also use dumbbells for some exercises.
    If you can't do the exercises for 30 seconds, do each exercise for just 15 to 20 seconds. Then you have a little break in between.
