@@CorinneBlackstone do you have a video regarding labels? Like chip bags and juice boxes? I haven’t went and looked at all your videos yet
@@kenzieplaysokaaayy5570 no I don’t do chip bags
Thank u for the information
Thank you Corinne! I have been using my Cricut for over 2 years now and while watching your video I just had an "AH HA" moment. I NEVER thought to do print then cut on cardstock! My brain automatically goes to vinyl or HTV.

So many things we can make having a Cricut that we don’t think of thanks Corinne! 😍

Excellent tutorial. Thanks!
Thank you soo much for the hack!😁
Thank You. I appreciate ur video. I am learning so much.
so cute!! Thank you for sharing. Was wondering if you can do a tutorial on the glitter card stock cake toppers. (the large size for round cakes)
Theres already one on my channel. Probably within the first 40 videos ive posted :)
Great tutorial! I just made some custom toppers from a pic a client sent me...Thank you!
Best explained video! Thank you so much!
You're very welcome!
So cute! Can't wait to try these! Thanks!
To make a offset easily go to pixlr it’s super easy that way you can make toppers stickers or whatever else you want
I have several videos showing how to do offsets :)
I am going to try these
Thank you 😊 this was so helpful
I really like them. I have two new greatgrandchildrens
Adorable
Thank you!
Wow you made this look super easy thank you
Which card-stock setting did you use to cut it with your Cricut the toppers ? And thank you love your tutorials. 😊
Medium is usually what I use for these
Thank you 😊
Hands down super helpful, honestly I haven’t seen one with better straight forward instructions. Question on the paper you printed on you where can I order or purchase from ?
It’s just from Michael’s
These are awesome! Can’t wait to try! You’re video was super helpful! Thank you!
Im a new subscriber, this is my first time on your channel!! Great Tutorial, I have a Cricut maker and I dont know how to use it!! Thank you sweetie!!
When you say you're saving the LOL as complex because you want a nice clean look... What exactly does that mean? I guess... What's the difference between the 3 options of simple, moderate, and complex?
I'm so, so new to cricut
The complex for whatever reason allows for the image to have cleaner edges and lines. It’s not an SVG it is a png which is a different ball game with design space.
If you save as simple a lot of times the colors get muddled or the edges get jagged
Thank you so much. Love it
Excellent do you uses just a regular paper ?
Its done with 65 lb cardstock
Do we have to print from the actual cricut machine? Or we can print separately then cut in the machine? Just asking for those people who doesn’t have printer at home lol😅
You need to save your image as a pdf from the print screen then you can print it from somewhere else
Great vid. Thanks.
How would you print out toppers using cardstock with printer and cricut maker inside of a circle ?
Create a white circle and flatten your image to the circle
Thanks for your video!!
Can it be done with Cricut Joy?
I just got one, so I don't know much about it
No. The joy cannot do print then cut
Omg!!! Thank you so much!!! I've been wanting to buy a Cricut hut I have no idea how to use one!! And this video is soooo helpful!!! Because I like to do cakes and cupcake etc. It will help Me! I wanted to know if you can do a video on how to do specific sizes and measurements?? Or do you have one already? Let's say you want to print the same image more than once at a certain size. 5 inches by .75 inches to be exact. 😊😊😊
I have videos on that the hershey kiss video shows it but all you have to do is after you hit make it in the left corner theres a box with number of copies you can choose however many you want and then it will print that many :)
Do you just use regular card stock for printer? Or does it have to be like a specific kind/brand?
just regular cardstock
Hello, where did you get your printer? And do you have to have a 3022 to print it on card stock or is any kind good?
I just got my first cricut machine (explore air 2), and I'm searching through so many tutorials to learn how to use it. This video is pretty great and to the point which I prefer. My question is, can all this be done on my phone using the design space app? TIA
Yes as long as your printer is Bluetooth
Did u put something on them to make them look 3d or there just paper
No it’s just two pieces of paper glued with a stick in between :)
I love it. Where do you buy this specific cardstock?
Michael's
Hello, I would like to ask, card stock paper and art paper is the same thing?
Can you use the mirror cut or do you have to flip? Thank you.
You can use mirror but remember it mirrors the whole project. Thats why i flip one copy of them
Hello,
Do you do personalized cake toppers? I need some for my BF birthday coming up. Please let me know. Thank you so much
I do not sell crafts
Popsicle sticks might be easier to glue in place. When I first saw this I thought it was going to about making edible toppers because I was watching the Icing Images channel.
Lol these would be cool as edible toppers!
That was very informative! Printer question.. Do you need different colors of inks or just the basic ones? What if the picture you chose has purple on it but you don’t have purple in your ink, what will happen?
All printers have 4 basic colors. Yellow magenta cyan and black. Those colors make up every color of the rainbow.
Can u use any cricket machine ?
The joy cannot do print then cut but the rest are fine
Can u do this with the circuit air ?
Yes
HOW WOULD I DO ROUND LABELS LIKE THIS LIKE WITH LOGOS. THANKS FOR THIS TUTORIAL btw
Thanks for such a helpful video. My first time making toppers and the tips of how to save images from google and upload them was awesome!
My question although is more about how to prevent the eyes from getting cut out. I used a similar Spider-Man image as to the one you showed but the white eyes were cutout by my Cricut. If you could offer solutions how to avoid this I’d be grateful. Thanks
You need to put a solid white shape behind his eyes it can be bigger than his eyes but don’t make it bigger than his head and then flatten it
Manny, manny thanks! Your video was so helpful! I have some questions , because I am a beginer . Can I put and cut 2 images, one JPG and other PNG?
Do you have a video on how to make a message topper with happy birthday? Or ... Mr & MRS X ...? Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!
I have several banner tutorials. And yes you can do two pngs together. You just make sure to flatten them together
How did you just click on the image and get rid of the back ground. Of course, mine just doesn't erase.
It may be a flaw in design space but honestly just click and it removes
What exact card stock do you use, seems like when I find card stock it ends up being regular paper :(
This was recollections brand 65 lb comes in the 50 pack
Hello! I am desperately needing help. I know this was three years ago but do you still recommend this Printer? If so the Link you provided is a bit of a Different Model pls help!
Canon is a fine printer. I now use an epson ET2720 and I love it
How do you keep if from cutting out the white in Spiderman's eyes?
You don't remove the white when you remove the background. The Cricut will cut out anything transparent
What card stock paper do you use
I like recollections from Michaels. Usually a great price and good quality
I love this video.. I’m new to this, I’m currently using my phone till my iPad arrives. Is there a way to duplicate 50 at a time or will I need to duplicate one at a time? Also am I able to save to pdf from my design center and print at my local print shop? Thanks!
You can tell the cricut how many you want it to make on the make it screen under project copies. And as for saving it to print elsewhere you have to print from cricut design space for it to print the registration square so the cricut can cut it out.
Do you use high temp hot glue or low temp ?
Either will work
Very nice video; however I am unable to upload from google to my design space. Any suggestions? Thanks for sharing this video
my best guess without details is either you are trying to upload an unsupported file type or you somehow have them in zipped folders.
Can I do this in my ipad or I need a computer?
You can use an iPad for this
I loved this video. Thank you so much. For some reason, my items cut everything out, including headbands, eyes, colars, etc. I was so frustrated and am trying to figure out where I went wrong
Any area that is transparent meaning you can see the grid behind it will cut out. The image has to be a solid shape
@@CorinneBlackstone That was it exactly. Thank you!
@@skaaa0303 you’re welcome! Print then cut can for sure make you want to use some choice words!
@@CorinneBlackstone hahaha. I'll plead the 5th
Can u do this with a tablet
Yes
Can I print on any printer ? Or do I need a special printer? Thanks ☺️
How do you connect your printer to your Cricut?
You print on any printer yes and you don’t connect it your cricut the printer is connected to your computer, tablet or phone
@@CorinneBlackstone OMG thank you so much I might of sound dumb! Lol but I’m totally new at this I got my Cricut for Christmas and barely got a chance to completely use it and want to do a couple things for my son’s birthday party! (Dinosaurs)
Great video. What weight cardstock is ideal for this.
Anything 80LB and up sees to work best
@@CorinneBlackstone thank you
When I did this, the Cricut cut my shapes with a square instead of recognizing the round edges.
Likely because you did not remove the background from the image before you loaded it onto your canvas.
Hiii ! Does your card stock ever get stuck in your printer ? Seems to thick to go through my printer
Nope never have that issue
May I pl know which circuit machine you are using and the model.
Explore air 2 or the maker will do this
My question is how does the cricut make know how to cut out a printed cut?
Because of the registration lines. It reads them which tells it where the paper is sitting and where the designs are on the paper
Can you make a tutorial step by step please
@@user-pp8ej3xb2v I have many step by step videos including this one on how to do print then cut. I recommend you check out the playlist on my channel to find more videos on print then cut
Do you think this tutorial supports edible paper since you used a thicker card stock for the print outs?
You cannot and should not cut anything edible on your cricut machine. The oils used within the machine are toxic.
@@CorinneBlackstone 😮 omg really? I was watching a tutorial of using the cricut for fondant letting and such! Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention!
@@KerenGrinberg no problem. There was a machine called the cricut cake for use with food but all other machines are not.
@@CorinneBlackstone OH! Omg. Thanks so much for the help!
What printer and cricut? Does the circut read your print and it cuts automatically?
This is done with any inkjet printer and all cricuts except the joy. If your machine is not cutting correctly for print then cut you need to calibrate the machine
@@CorinneBlackstone I have a high speed HP for heavy office work Blk/white. I will buy an inkjet for the color copies. What I want to know is does cricut just read the print and know where to cut?
@@lettiunderhill8527 yes as shown in the video there is a black box printed around the images and that is how the cricut machine reads where to cut
@@CorinneBlackstone You are very kind, thank you! I will look for a cricut
What printer do u recommend?
I use a canon pixma mg3022
Does it fold or crease the card stock paper !?
Im not really sure what youre asking. This is cardstock paper
I guess you do this with Cricut Joy as well?
No. The cricut joy cannot do print then cut
Oh okay. Thanks!
Nice video though! Very detailed! Thanks!
