If you can’t get the food in yes a mass gainer shake is an easy way to do as it’s a lot calories in a single serving, but the majority of the mass gainers on the market are making up those calories with total garbage ingredients, so it will add weight but not be too good on your digestive system & overall health. Real food is always the best option - we just gotta eat more! 🙂💪
