I first found the Rahdo channel in 2016 with your Anachrony review (and it convinced me to buy the game), and I've just re-found you as I look at Moonrakers. How do you not have a million subscribers already? Your setup is fantastic, and your vids are so high quality!

I enjoyed how you summed up the game to start with and then went into what the expansions added to the game (which, as you said, addressed the two things in the original game that you weren't keen on). Also ... I really like your "game table" ... I like that card holder, cup holder and "bits" holder.

Thanks, glad you liked it! And if you're looking for a game table, there's a link to the one I have in the video description.

    I want your T-shirt! 1977 is my
year of birth. Thanks for the review, all in on this one (already own the base game)

I really like the aspect where if you help one of the other players, your faction points go up! That would be my style of play, because our house rule is "play nice" and helping other players is a given ... so it is cool that that aspect is actually part of the game!

Would you say the new expansions fix the Munchkin-feel of "we cannot help him, he will win" and "beating down" the leading player?

When someone has enough points to win, it's still not in anyone's best interest to help them do that (unless they could also get 10 points and maybe win the tiebreaker), so in that sense not really. But with the Overload expansion especially you can build your deck well enough that you don't necessarily need the other players to perform big missions. And then the Luminor co-op mode obviously doesn't have that because everyone's working together all the time.

this is one of the core mechanics of the game, cannot be avoided. I passed the KS for thar reason

Lol, better with 3-5? I thought it was a 3-5 player game in the first place?
