Ace looks great here....looks fit and trim. His live guitar playing is classic Ace...a bit sloppy and, at times, out of tone. With this being, he continues to be a fucking legend. As I have always said, if Paul and Gene were the heart of Kiss, then Ace was the soul of the Kiss machine.

You mean washed up by playing sold out arenas while Ace is playing Opera Houses (yeah I've been to Newberry)? He sounds good here, but there's a reason why they kicked him out and it wasn't because he wasn't good enough but because he couldn't keep his act together on the road
@@grahamtaylor8912 Interms of washed up, it means a lot. There are still arena-sized amounts of people willing to spend their money to see KISS while Ace is playing to crowds a fraction of that. From videos I've seen of both, it doesn't really look like any of them are still enjoying touring so it's hard to see why they still do it

Small quaint town about 40 miles outside of Columbia. Newberry Opera House has quite the reputation. 426 seating capacity, I caught Blue Oyster Cult there a couple of years ago.

The most fun I ever had at a concert was Ace at HOB in new orleans about 12 years ago....was a total blast. I cant believe this show is only an hour.
Ace is out there doing it for real. No lip syncing going on during Ace's shows, unlike the current "end of the road tour" lipsync shows.

Last I checked kiss was still selling out stadiums...this venue seats around five hundred people
