I don’t know, it seems they have all the classic clown skills down, plus a high level of acrobatic talent. They might be more into fame itself than the Art of the Clown, but they’re still pretty good at being clowns.
The girls represent what Fizzarolli has been twisted into by Mammon, a figure of sexual desire and lust. While yes, Fizz himself can get raunchy at times, when he’s performing he very clearly prefers entertainment and joy rather than the sexualization of his character. Then look at the twins, they WANT to be the hottie model stars, have robots made of them, have fans go wild for the Fame and Glory. Fizz only wanted to entertain and make people happy, this is why he loves talking to his fans, even learning Sign Language to feel more down to earth and relatable. He’s a nice guy who plays an act, the twins Are their act. Like how Flash from DC generally is just a kind guy who helps people with mundane tasks and knows everyone in his town on a first or last name basis almost. Fizzarolli was a classic clown, but as the popularity in hell shifted towards more sultry performances (Example Verosika and the Squirters) actual circus clowns are dying out and modernized pop “clowns” are taking their place.

Honestly, mammon should have moved fizz into a teaching position where he, the seasoned veteran, teaches young recruits the secrets to being a prime entertainer. Mammon would make much more money with an army of elite fizz trained clowns that he probably charged money to attend to begin with.
That'd be a smarter solution than what he actually does, but the important thing to remember is that greed is a self destructive and shortsighted thing. A lot of behaviors of greedy people are actually counterproductive if you want to make money. Mammon is so focused on tearing as much money as he can out of any performer or business he has in the short term that he's losing out on long-term gains by killing golden geese.

For the past week before this episode came out I’ve been listening to perception check by Tom Cardy on repeat. So when I saw this episode, I immediately knew it was him.

Whenever they talk about juggling, I remember that one circus performer I follow on Tiktok, who's explained that, if you've gotta pick a circus art, there's going to be like already 10 other people who are juggling better than you ever could, and in order to be a successful circus performer it's better to get good at a unique skill, than pouring years and years of practice into something as "basic" as juggling. And also, that he picked his skill, because juggling WASN'T cool to an impressionable 13-year-old. So he instead learned what his Dad did, doing whip tricks, and instead of getting really good (which, of course he did anyways) he got really funny, because being funny means that people are going to be entertained even if you fail. If not more so.
