Fun fact: All the demons of the crowd were wearing merchandise with the "$" symbol or the "M" of Mammon, but the mute kid is the only one wearing a shirt with Fizzarolli's face on it. I love those little details!
Another fun fact: Valentino from Hazbin Hotel owns a Fizzy doll that is customized for him. The doll in the show is more like a personal robot maid for him rather than a s*x toy. I think the fizzy doll that Val has is named “kitty” since he refers to it as such, but idk.
My absolute favorite thing about this is seeing Mammon clearly enjoying the song right up until he FINALLY realizes that the whole thing is Fizz's resignation and that he is being slandered. 😂
I met Alex at the Comic Con in London and I told him how this song was blasting for a month in my apartment when I was getting ready to tell my boss I'm quitting earlier this year. He started quoting the entire refrain in his Fizzie voice, saying things like "Oh yeah, I hope you gave your two minutes notice and told them to fuck off!" I will cherish that memory in my heart for the rest of my life.

Gotta admire his talent of improvisation. Made an entire 3 minute show about saying "fuck you" to a terrible boss and got the crowd to sing it along with him. To call him a clown is a disservice, I’d say he’s a full fledged celebrity. Only Alex Brightman is fit for this role
A better "I quit" song doesn't exist. I love how it starts out slowly, Fizz recounting his abuse over the last 10 years before the chorus comes in and he completely tells Mammon off without him realizing it until the very end. It's so satisfying to to see Fizz stand up to and completely cut ties with him, the animation and choreography are beautiful, and of course, Alex Brightman's vocals are amazing. It's the best song in the episode, and a perfect final performance for the greatest showman in Hell.
I got laid off from my job a few weeks ago, and, while the lay off sucked, and the uncertainty moving forward is scary, I realize I've never felt more free.
They aren't moral support, Ozzy is actively providing many of the effects, the blue smoke and fire. And Blitzo is providing support with a sniper rifle. That's active participation and support, moral support means just watching.
@@Hevensdragon I found it really important to notice that while we know Fizz is justifiably terrified of fire, he has 0 fear of Ozzy's blue flames both in his act and immediately after when Ozzy goes full protect mode
And this is why Alex Brightman is a Broadway star. Even while putting on a scratchy voice for a character, you can hear he has superb command over his vocals. The timbre of Fizz’s (and Beetlejuice’s) voices may not be aesthetically pleasing, but that has nothing to do with the singing ability. Alex Bightman is killing it here, he is singing AND acting!
🤔 Huh. I actually never knew that, the part about him playing the titular character in a Broadway musical... Can't say I've even seen or heard of it before today (though I did watch the original Tim Burton movie, of course)... Now I'm gonna hafta find it somewhere! 😉
I wish I had this song 7 years ago when I quit my abusive job, with like 2 minutes notice as well actually. "If I stay I'll be 6 more feet under the ground" speaks to me way more than it should unfortunately 😮💨
Gotta love the detail in the line "Too late to Apologize" there. Cause he looked at Blitz for that specific line, yes blitz shot the demon off him but I think there's more there. For Blitz, it wasn't too late for him to apologize and make amends. For Mammon it is.
It was more so the realization Fizz had about what ACTUALLY happened when the incident occurred, along with realizing what his relationship with Mammon was actually like. For years, he thought Blitz had intentionally caused the fire that crippled him, and couldn't even be bothered to check how he was doing afterwards: He'd done something that Fizz could never see himself forgiving after the window for it closed(while he was still in the hospital). Hell, Fizz tries to not accept Blitz's explanation originally, only finally deciding he could've been wrong about how that all went down when realizing he was big enough people would have 'valid' reasons for wanting Blitz to be out of his life(Fizz's ego ironically saving their friendship lol). He comes to the realization that the fracture between the two, while formed by mistakes on both ends, wasn't completely either his or Blitz's fault, and finds himself re-evaluating whether or not he could forgive his former best friend, coming to the conclusion that he can indeed forgive him: Fizz's fame never really changed how Blitz saw him, even if they had some rocky moments before reconnecting. For Mammon, the reverse was going on; Mammon was sugar-coating his abuse of Fizz, taking advantage of the fact he 'made Fizz' to justify pushing unhealthy standards onto him, and overall treating Fizz like an object(which the show does a really good job of reminding us that's what Mammon sees him as, with all the Sex Dolls). He gave 0 shits about Fizz as a person, just about how much he could Exploit him, taking advantage of Fizz's weaknesses to get the hook in deep in an attempt to ensure he'd never try and break free. It would be fair as the Boss of Greed Mammon doesn't give a shit about relationships unless HE can benefit from them, and Blitz is a Trainwreck when it comes to maintaining healthy ones, but as much as Blitz may fuck up, he ACTUALLY cares. That's why it's too late for Mammon, but not Blitz: any apology from Mammon would just be because he's trying to get his cash cow back, and would have 0 chances of ever being a genuine apology. Blitz was willing to accept the possibility Fizz would never forgive him for the Accident (hence why he briefly stops trying to explain what happened and just says 'it was my fault' in the previous episode), but still wants to apologize because he genuinely cares about Fizz and believes he deserves one.
That the best part of the video Blitz is literally making up for lost time, making right by a friend. And you really can't apologize for using a bullet 😂 the apology is usually more for the crowd of survivors then the target 😂😅
The difference is that Mammon is a colossal sack of shit intentionally, in case of Blitz its a genuine fuck up perpetuated by those around them telling them the other was cutting contact.
@@donovanulrich348 I dunno, Blitz is a pretty damn good shot. Odds are that round hit nothing _BUT_ the thing he aimed at. Which is quite impressive considering that the target was moving in multiple dimensions, and was in close proximity to someone he didn't want to hit.
I love how in the whole 1:53-2:09 sequence, the circle of sin changes from Mammon's to Ozzie's, symbolizing how Fizz is going from one Sin that abuses and exploits him towards one that loves and supports him-just as Asmodeus helps with his boyfriend's performance and gets excited over watching him.
I love that Blitz comes to rescue right during the line "Too late to apologize". Like it's too late for Mammon, but it never was for Blitz. Such a great juxtaposition!
Also in "look at this" when Blitzø says "I'm gonna need another 60 seconds" that's exactly how long it took for him to set up the TNT, and in S1E7 when Stolas says "I can be ready in 20" it takes him exactly 20 seconds to be ready
0:56 I love that Fizz gradually sheds his clown attire throughout his performance, revealing that he has embraced his scars and artificial limbs without shame.
I'm not sure if anyone has taken note of it yet, but I personally believe this video also shows Blitz's Marksmanship. He was able to shoot a moving target (the dog demon humping Fizz, while Fizz was swinging at an undetermined speed on a trapeze), without accidentally shooting Fizz or someone else. I don't think Blitz gets enough credit when it comes to his marksmanship in comparison to his skills with blades.
Everyone talking about how this was all improv’d, but imagine if Fizz just composed this while drunk and angry, and Ozzie saved it for an occasion such as this, like “Hey, you might not remember cuz you were shitfaced, but you wrote your letter of resignation, and it’s actually a great song.”
Eh I think it was 100% improvised. Fizz is known to be an amazing entertainer and I have no doubt he didn't just make it up as he went using everything he's been wanting to say. There might have been some pre-planning for props or maybe Ozzie conjured everything Fizz needed as they went, but there was no rehersal or written script. Just a demon finally gaining the courage and support to tell off his manipulative boss once and for all in the most amazing fashion ever, while loving every minute of it.
Love how Mammon did not attack Fizz until he said "I quit" when he was thanking the crowd. Showed he was willing to stomach the insult while his gravy train was still in his employment.
@@seesaw41 means easy money, like if your born a rothschild, you were born on "the gravy train" "were on easy street riding on the gravy train" is NOT a "childrens song" but a "richie song" this can be shown in "were drinking on the fine champaine"
Fizz is seriously one of the most talented performers in Hell. Not to mention, the sweetest thing to ever exist! He's such a bean and must be protected at all costs.
Fizz walking away from Mammon and his abuse was monumental. Just like Angel standing up to Valentino to protect Niffty. I hope to see a lot more character growth next season!
One thing I've noticed no one seems to be commenting on is the fact that this entire performance is a 100% last minute improvisation. The song, the moves, all the props, he never rehearsed any of it before he stepped onstage. He's pulled off improv songs before, with the "Look at This" to distract the gangsters from Blitzo's escape actions, but this is on an entirely new level.
Goes to show you that Fizz is a natural-born performer. Even without Mammon's patronage, I'm sure he's gonna do great as an independent performer who finally has control over his creativity.
Can we just acknowledge that Fizz kept his word on the two minutes notice. Said it at 1:00 and says his last "Fuck You" to Mammon at 3:00. Truly a master of his art!
2:47 The smile on Fizz’s face when Blitzø shoots the guy on his leg and he realizes he has people that love him and will back him up is so heartwarming
listening to all the helluva boss songs I am more and more convinced that fizz can just summon stage props whenever he needs them for a show cause there's no way he could've prepared that all last second after "spending his whole preperation time having a panic attack"
Has anyone noticed how Fizz is slowly removing the clown clothing, thus removing Mammon? 0.58: Tears off sleeves. 1.38: The 'metal' wrist cuffs (and unseen ankle cuffs) holding the strings torn off. 1.58: Tears off the bottom part of his top during the spin so his belly shows (why Ozzie gets 'excited'). 2.37: Off goes the collar. Oh, Fizz, how we love you so much! Go have a happy life with Ozzie, who absolutely adores you with his entire being!
Is it just me or as he removes more and more his outfit more resembles that of a circus ringleader. Which would make sense as he is effectively becoming his own act instead of Mammon's.
I love how through the whole song, Fizz is taking off things that tie him to Mammon, and showing himself, scars and all - the puffy sleeves, the neck collar and the ones around his wrists, the two tone jacket. Just to show how serious he is about leaving the toxicity of Mammon behind.
Fun fact, played this for a friend over the phone as something I thought he’d enjoy. He did…and told me that he’d happily play this song to his family if he wouldn’t get a metaphorical noose around his neck.
This song is a MASTERPIECE! It's beautifully animated, fully colored and about setting yourself free from an abusive person and start over. Just beautifully. Also the fact that Mammon doesn't realise that this song was directed at him despite the silhouettes of him speaks volumes of his narcissism.
@@dragon723. True, but I only realized that when Mammon threatened Fizz at the end. During the song I thought „damn, what a badass move and also brave“ 😎
Funny detail for those who didn’t notice: When Fizz says “Here’s my 2 minutes notice”, 2 minutes later he finishes the song with his final “Fuck you” to Mammon.
So, each of the Sins has had a song that perfectly exemplifies them, Asmodeus has "House of Asmodeus," Beelzebub has "Cotton Candy," but I feel like, even though Mammon didn't sing it, this is his perfect song. It perfectly describes the kind of character he is and the sin he represents, even through the eyes of another.
I will never forget sending an unhinged message to my abusive ex saying the exact same thing while this episode was playing, feeling guilty for sending the message, and then this song suddenly playing. The timing was perfect. I laughed and cried so hard. It was so cathartic. I NO LONGER FELT GUILTY after that.
Alex Brightman making that rough character voice still sound incredible while singing just shows how little is by accident and how much is hard work resulting in absolute control.
@@kawiianimekitty7472 Fun fact: Alex Brightman has a mutation that allows his vocal chords to do the scratchy voice without damage. Dude was literally born to play those roles.
The fact that the line “heres my 2 minute notice” actually comes at around one minute (in a three minute song) is just. Amazing. I’m also unreasonably obsessed with this song.
It’s such a good parallel to ‘House of Asmodeus’ and how Fizz helps uplift and compliment the song for Ozzie, that Ozzie summons the stage (the blue/purple smoke) and gives him the flaming baton for ‘Two minutes notice’. They help each other whilst not taking the spotlight from their partner.
The amount of joy on his face at 2:50, when Blitz taking out another crazy fan of his. It's great to see them have moments like this, especially after episode 6
For sure, the way episode 6 ended they had definitely made up but it's nice that they went straight into another episode where they're friends. It feels like this solidifies them becoming friends again, episode 6 was the emotional apology and 7 was their friendship in action
@@abigbutterstick1780well it isn't a perfect relationship between them as earlier in the episode he seems genuinely pissed that Blitz tagged along to the contest. It is definitely in the process of mending though.
It's ironic because earlier in this video, we see that same fan with a Fizz robot. He could have had the robot, but he got too greedy, wanted the actual Fizz, and got taken out.
2:09 was just really adorable yet lewd. Asmodeous hiding himself under the curtain was so subtle, and you can see him clearly blushing, most likely because he found his partner being themself, attractive. It's adorable. It's sweet, and I can literally see these two marrying in the future. Just look at the tender loving moments they share in this series. God this show is a work of art
@@sodaacrashIn reality, Ozzie was very excited by the performance of his hot and handsome boyfriend, which made his Kaiju appear and that's why he hid with the curtain 🤭❤️❤️🔥
This song is so freaking powerful! I love the energy Fizz has while performing, knowing that he's taking his passion back from Mammon. This show has got SUCH good musical numbers!
I love how Fizz rips off a good chunk of his clown costume, showing off his robotic limbs and scars, unapologetically showing off who he is under the make up and costumes. Especially since this is right after Ozzy telling him that he loves Fizz for who he really is, flaws and all❤
I personally like that there are no "imperfect" dolls made of Fizz. Ozzy and Fizz both say that the dolls are "just dolls" and a "likeness" but only Ozzy and Blitz who truly care will ever see Fizz the for the imperfectly beautiful person he truly is.
It's also after he got his closure with blitz over what happened and why. The physical scars remain, but the emotional ones are healing. Plus, considering he has Ozzy AND Blitz in his corner, he was probably feeling backed up enough to actually pull this off.
They say, "People don't quit bad jobs. They quit bad bosses." This song proves this to be this to be true in his case. He didn't really care about the whole merchandising. He loved performing, but Mammon was abusive and manipulative, so he felt like he had to be a perfect version of himself because that's what Mammon wanted him to be. I was afraid that I'd hate his singing voice as rough as it is, but it was amazingly well balanced. And saying Fuck You to a bad boss always feels great. Even when it's not you or your bad boss.
Fun fact! Fizz is voiced about Alex brightman, who plays Beetlejuice in the Beetlejuice Broadway musical. He also plays both sir pentious and Adam in hazbin hotel!
Sorry to just butt in here to say this and if this throws you off, But i do think they need to let Game Devs show this to whoever's above them, Because they're sacks of shits that just want whatever's quick money from tiktok trends that's gone stale a decade ago, or to a market that has nothing but dust thinking there is the stupendous amounts of oil that prints money for eternity.
A friend of mine told me his coworker was called into work on Thanksgiving yesterday, so instead of going on he sent his boss this song and quit that day What an inspiration
ABSOLUTE favorite detail is when he says "So this is it.." and you can see his slight hesitation before he puts it on full blast and actually says Mammons name!!
I don't think its hesitation, more like he relishes the moment where he finally tells off Mammon. His look of pure happiness and swaying tail, Fizz is just having so much fun. He might be blasting his boss throughout the whole song but Mammon doesn't seem to even realize it until Fizz directly calls him out.
I really love that Fizz sings 'here's my 2 minute notice' one minute into this 3 minute song. Fizz ACTUALLY gave Mammon 2 minutes before he announced that he was quitting
Anyone ever noticed that as soon as Fizz said “apologize” Blitzø showed up on screen with a big smile on his face protecting his friend from another deranged fan. I wonder if this means Fizz will fully forgive Blitzø for what happened.
I mean, in the episode Fizz and Blitzø had their heart to heart, they both came to the realization that neither of them was actively trying to avoid the other at first (in fact, it was actually quite the opposite as both tried to reconnect and reconcile with each other after the fire), but their bosses (Mammon & presumably Blitzø’s father/the circus ringmaster) prevented them from getting in touch. By realizing neither of them are at fault, I can see both of them wanting to quickly move past the misplaced bitterness they had and quickly rekindle their friendship like they both initially intended to do after the fire.
@@csindallI don't think Mammon is involved at all for keeping them apart. Blitzø says they haven't seen each other in 15 years, but Fizz has only won the past 10 years of this competition. So that means there's 4 years between him getting blown up and getting hired by Mammon.
And this is where you really see how good a boss Blitzo is. Sure, he has boundary issues and tries to shoot most of his problems away, but he actually does care for and shows compassion to his workers. Probably because he saw right from the start how full of shit Mammon was and decided right then and there he never wanted to be that
Truth be told, I think Blitzo just saw the number of similarities between Mammon and Buckzo. They're both greedy and will only show affection to those they know will bring a paying crowd.
This is one of my favorite songs in general. Its cathartic and weirdly relatable for many people. But im surprised no ones mentioned fizz gradually removing his clothes? The whole episode, hes talking about how he has to be "perfect" for mamon, and when he finally decides enough is enough, he almost immediately puts his "imperfections" on display, starting with showing his arms properly
You're right! His sleeves, him ripping his shirt, and lastly removing his collar which I imagine symbolizes him freeing himself from being Malmon's dog (metaphorically speaking)
@@saberbyte3989 the collar was the part that confused me, but your idea makes complete sense. I knew he was removing his sleeves to show his robotic arms and ripping his shirt to show his scars, so I was considering the collar removal the same, but couldn't figure out what he was showing. If it's a more metaphorical thing it makes complete sense, especially considering he saves it for last
@@stellarstarrs3219 The collar part does make so much sense, I mean if we look in the original circus (pre fire) clips of them as kids or as teens he does not wear one. Not until he starts working with Mammon I think. I wonder how much Tizz will change his clothing choices now that he is free? Will he wear something more like Ozzy to show his love or will we see him wearing something more like in the flashback to when him and Blitz were teens?
Don’t forget the cuffs that he ripped off separately from his sleeves. He has been wearing those yellow cuffs since his first appearance and I loved how he tore them like he was breaking out of shackles.

The amount of people hating on her for being independent because they're jealous or because helluva boss/hazbin is popular 🙄 Vivzie is a pioneer and one I hope we talk about in years to come as the one who started independent animation
When the episode was released, this song spoke to me so much, because a couple of days before I was granted a permanent protection order against my abusive dad. Jammed to this all week long! 😄
The fact that Fizzarolli had the guts and the balls to quit like that is very badass. Also, I'm glad that Blitzø and Asmodeus are supportive of him. We all need a suitable support system.
Fizz has such a power for improv, hes for sure gonna be super important later on. this and the song look at this really put his talent for it on display
One small detail I love is, right before he calls Mammon a POS, Fizz glances down and to the side with a nervous or even scared expression... And then continues in spite of that fear.
So glad someone else caught that! Even the lyrics at that moment of the song ("Too late to apologize, / So this is it:") felt like he was steeling himself for the hardest sentence he'd ever needed to say -- people who haven't been in relationships like this one don't often realize how _hard_ it is to finally stand up and push back, and how much of a difference it makes to have people you trust and care about at your back.
I like how the whole song seems to be Fizz building himself up to the "Mammon! You sad sack of shit!" moment, like he's reminding himself of all the abuse he's suffered and finally breaking away from Mammon.
The highlight of this song for me, as amazing as it is, is the grin Blitzø gives Fizz when he shoots the guy humping his leg. Seeing him smile so sincerely just warmed my heart so much.
Can we all just appreciate all of the original songs that Vivian makes in her animations instead of using songs others made, true talent Omg I'm famous
she got her start in using other's songs, thats nothing to be ashamed of. hell its the reason she wanted kesha to voice bee, cause die young was such a big hit in her animation start
Using preexisting music for animatics or short animations is one thing, that's how it usually works and that's fine. This is more like a movie musical with original songs vs a movie musical that uses preexisting songs. Even when the new songs are obviously using the tunes of other songs, it better fits the work and shows more passion.
For some reason one of the parts that was my favorite was when at 2:49 when Blitz took out that dog and the huge grin on Fizz’s face, knowing that Blitz had his back and the big smile on Blitz’s face for Fizz to finally stand up to Mammon
Performing a 3-minutes long song called 2-Minutes Notice and starts resigning at 1:00 is a power move. Also, this is such quintessential 2000s punk rock anthem.
Another detail like this is how in 'Ozzie's' when stolas says he'll be ready in 20 it takes him exactly 20 seconds to get ready and arrive in the lust ring
What I love most about this song is that Asmodeus and Blitz are there for him showing support and showing how much they care for him. And maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it almost symbolizes his past and his present coming together to create a better future for him. ☺
"His past and his present coming together to create a better future for him", AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH! It got me squeling from exciment! So cute, and so clever observation!
Yesss, I love that part. Seeing him break out of the chains and strut confidently forwards as he sings about how he's tired of Mammon and that "it ends today" hits so good!
I don't think anyone talks enough about how Fizz's new outfit, despite him clearly tearing it up throughout the performance, somehow looks even RADDER than before.
2:12 - 2:56 That was the exact reason why I left my old job: the negative impact on my mental health, the toxic fake relationships, being taken advantage off. I’m so glad this song exists. Thank you, Vivi
The sheer amount of catharsis in this moment is unquantifiable. Just pure unadulterated satisfaction. I know that everybody in chat is showering the songs and the singer with (clearly deserved) praise. But can we give a standing ovation for ALL the talented people who have made this masterpiece possible? From the writers to the storyboarders to the animators to the background artist to the clean-up crew and all the other talented people that came together for making these marvelous moments of mesmerizing magnificence, I salute you!

I love how in like episode 2 we were all convinced he was gonna be like a mini-side-villain-baby and he was just kinda like back-of-the-mind mid-importance. And then EASILY became tied for my favorite character (personally). Ended up becoming a beautiful part of the show. I JUST WANNA PROTECC
Alex Brightman is a national treasure and he is perfect for this character 💙 2:35 this is by far my favourite music lyric I've ever heard him sing, it scratches the itch in my brain
@@blue_phenix1364 Well Fizzarolli is a hell born imp so he couldn’t have died, in theory you can pretend its a metaphor. But Vivzie loves musicals, so its pretty evident the coffin he rises in and out of is a reference to the Musical’s coffin in the set. Nice little nod.
I want to imagine that Fizz asked Ozzie for help with the effects and backdrop because he’s gonna do a completely improvised song and no one on the stage hand would be able to keep up with the last minute changes. Also note that in 1:54 they subtlety change the sigil on the stage to Ozzie’s instead of Mammon’s and change back.
Let's be real. 30% of this song was improvised at most. I think he'd had this building for a while, and just finally had the support network to execute it.

I love all the details, even how Fizz looks up to Blitz as a thank you for the creep latched onto his cape. How when flying through the air he has a standing pose just to show off his skill. Even the images at the start Mammon calling him heavy while being several times fatter.
I’m actually so happy for Blitzø and Fizz, the smile of Fizz’s face when Blitzø shot the guy was so obviously that of joy in having his friend there, and I think it’s time we can actually say that they have reconnected and reconciled
That's the most relatable part to me. Abuse victims often stick around until they're finally pushed to the breaking point, often because they fear a life without their abuser for various reasons. But when their tolerance breaks and they cut ties, they often feel relief and freedom and wish they did it sooner. Speaking from experience on this one, heh.

It was so good, Mammon was vibing until Fizz said his name directly 😭
Alex Brightman always delivers his all.
The absolute best.
His voice is amazing. Such a satisfying song.

The fact that Ozzy and Blitzø were there as moral support made this more enjoyable.
I like to imagine if they weren't there he would not have had the courage to sing that song
They aren't moral support, Ozzy is actively providing many of the effects, the blue smoke and fire. And Blitzo is providing support with a sniper rifle. That's active participation and support, moral support means just watching.
Exactly!
@@Hevensdragon I found it really important to notice that while we know Fizz is justifiably terrified of fire, he has 0 fear of Ozzy's blue flames both in his act and immediately after when Ozzy goes full protect mode
@@Hevensdragon also what the dog doin since you know blitz shot a dog
And this is why Alex Brightman is a Broadway star. Even while putting on a scratchy voice for a character, you can hear he has superb command over his vocals.
The timbre of Fizz’s (and Beetlejuice’s) voices may not be aesthetically pleasing, but that has nothing to do with the singing ability.
Alex Bightman is killing it here, he is singing AND acting!
I like his voice i think it has some aesthetic to it in my opinion
🤔 Huh. I actually never knew that, the part about him playing the titular character in a Broadway musical... Can't say I've even seen or heard of it before today (though I did watch the original Tim Burton movie, of course)... Now I'm gonna hafta find it somewhere! 😉

Right?! You’d think singing in BJ’s voice would result in one seriously sore throat, yet Alex manages to give such a superb performance!
This song is an anthem for every person who's ever felt overworked and underappreciated in their job.
Or been abused honestly
I wish I had this song 7 years ago when I quit my abusive job, with like 2 minutes notice as well actually. "If I stay I'll be 6 more feet under the ground" speaks to me way more than it should unfortunately 😮💨

This is what I'll be listening to when I finally quit my job for nearly 3 years of having to put up with a toxic work environment.
@@QuickSilverKitsunethanks for the essay
That the best part of the video
Blitz is literally making up for lost time, making right by a friend.

Also in "look at this" when Blitzø says "I'm gonna need another 60 seconds" that's exactly how long it took for him to set up the TNT, and in S1E7 when Stolas says "I can be ready in 20" it takes him exactly 20 seconds to be ready

@niceday996 Stop.
S1E2, he literally says "No. But I'm pretty good with guns now!" and he wasn't lying LMAO 😂
And he got a headshot
not to mention just a couple minutes before he appeared within nanoseconds to explode that crazy dudes head that barged in 😂
Honestly he's so good with guns, unlike some (looking at you Moxxie)
Also during that part fizz said “too late to apologize”, it’s too late for mammon but not blitz

I love how Fizz rips off a good chunk of his clown costume, showing off his robotic limbs and scars, unapologetically showing off who he is under the make up and costumes. Especially since this is right after Ozzy telling him that he loves Fizz for who he really is, flaws and all❤
Imma be honest, I'd love for him to have finished by taking the hood off, but I guess that might be an especially painful one for him.
Frankly he looks so so much better by the end. Like the weight is literately gone
I personally like that there are no "imperfect" dolls made of Fizz. Ozzy and Fizz both say that the dolls are "just dolls" and a "likeness" but only Ozzy and Blitz who truly care will ever see Fizz the for the imperfectly beautiful person he truly is.
Oh my gosh, I never realized that! Thats such nice symbolism

Eh, there are plenty of jobs out there that are so bad not even the best manager or boss could make them tolerable.
Fun fact! Fizz is voiced about Alex brightman, who plays Beetlejuice in the Beetlejuice Broadway musical. He also plays both sir pentious and Adam in hazbin hotel!

I got that feeling too. It made me tear up a little
Yes I agree
Probably not.

You're right! His sleeves, him ripping his shirt, and lastly removing his collar which I imagine symbolizes him freeing himself from being Malmon's dog (metaphorically speaking)
@@saberbyte3989 the collar was the part that confused me, but your idea makes complete sense.
2:42 it is absolutely hilarious watching Mammon clap along with his own diss track
Vivzie, thanks for the music vid. you are one of the pioneers of independent content creators who revolutionized the scene on RUclips for showing that it's possible to reach bigger dreams. you are a testament to hard work and I think we haven't given you as much love and appreciation as you and your team deserve. this is my hats off to you. you deserve all the love. thank you for providing us with your visionary masterpieces. thank you for being patient with us. The amount of people hating on her for being independent because they're jealous or because helluva boss/hazbin is popular 🙄 Vivzie is a pioneer and one I hope we talk about in years to come as the one who started independent animation
Amen!
When the episode was released, this song spoke to me so much, because a couple of days before I was granted a permanent protection order against my abusive dad. Jammed to this all week long! 😄
May your journey from now be one of healing!
Congrats on cutting ties with your abusive dad. Hope your life gets even better from here! 😊
congratulations!
I wish you all the best in your new journey congratulations!

Can't wait to hear a disgruntled wal-mart employee play this over the intercom
i can picture that so vividly
HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHA That's so great because its definitely gonna happen XDXD T_T
I don't work at walmart but I've definitely thought about it multiple times a week
Bro I just got out of a Walmart and this was playing 😭😭 I was vibing so hard I had a whole crowd 💀💀
@@Sukiiahybro used an Asmodian crystal and teleported to your local Walmart 💀
I was so proud of Fizz for singing this song and finally standing up to Mammon! Alex Brightman's performance as Fizz never fails to be amazing!!!
I agree! 🩷
One small detail I love is, right before he calls Mammon a POS, Fizz glances down and to the side with a nervous or even scared expression... And then continues in spite of that fear.
Damn cool
So glad someone else caught that! Even the lyrics at that moment of the song ("Too late to apologize, / So this is it:") felt like he was steeling himself for the hardest sentence he'd ever needed to say -- people who haven't been in relationships like this one don't often realize how _hard_ it is to finally stand up and push back, and how much of a difference it makes to have people you trust and care about at your back.
1:19: when he said," its about you" that hit hard😂😂😂😂😂😂
Please tell me that i'm not the only one who adores Ozzie's face as he watches Fiz play with the flaming baton.
he is too cute in that moment
he's so cute at this moment
In the “kiss my ass goodbye you cuck” he looked down and hid himself so um. Was he hiding or..
He's so proud of Fizz! I love it so much! 😭
We know fizz has to be scared of fire and he did so good. Ozzie is like Oops I'm supposed to not be seen
Same!! It's such a very short but very powerful, sincere moment between the two of them. Their friendship is healing.
I love how fizz smiles so hard and looks like his younger self again for a second there after the shot
if nothing else blitz fixed one of his broken relationships
It's almost like a silent promise from blitz to fizz " I abandoned you once..... It won't happen again"
Blitzo
I like how in sam haft's version mammon replying to asmodeus saying it was him is "yeah right" and in the show its "Wait what?"
I love that Mammon had no idea it was about him until the end. Yet he wasn't as mad as he was when he heard Fizz was quitting
Well he dont really if he say shit on him as long he made him win money why would he care
He still the king of greed
The fact that Ozzie told him the song was about him and he's still shocked when Fizz says "Mammon you sad sack of S*IT"
Can we all just appreciate all of the original songs that Vivian makes in her animations instead of using songs others made, true talent
Omg I'm famous
The songs are written by Sam Haft from The Living Tombstone so yeah it's nice to see a show that uses og stuff rather than rehashed music
she got her start in using other's songs, thats nothing to be ashamed of. hell its the reason she wanted kesha to voice bee, cause die young was such a big hit in her animation start
Using preexisting music for animatics or short animations is one thing, that's how it usually works and that's fine.
This is more like a movie musical with original songs vs a movie musical that uses preexisting songs. Even when the new songs are obviously using the tunes of other songs, it better fits the work and shows more passion.
The way both Ozzie and Blitz truly supported Fizz through that whole song is genuinely heartwarming
Also, this is such quintessential 2000s punk rock anthem.
did not acually notice that detail
Another detail like this is how in 'Ozzie's' when stolas says he'll be ready in 20 it takes him exactly 20 seconds to get ready and arrive in the lust ring
What I love most about this song is that Asmodeus and Blitz are there for him showing support and showing how much they care for him. And maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it almost symbolizes his past and his present coming together to create a better future for him. ☺
Both giving fire support, literally.

"His past and his present coming together to create a better future for him", AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH! It got me squeling from exciment! So cute, and so clever observation!
Can we all just appreciate that Fizz had finally stood up for himself after so much mental and physical abuse? We're all proud of you Fizz.

2:48 Favorite moment. If you know, you know.
Hell, yeah.
Because you liked how his head was explotes apart by Blitzø
@ Nope. Although, that was funny.
I don't know why, but the way he says "enough" at 1:38 was incredibly powerful to me.
Fr
Yesss, I love that part. Seeing him break out of the chains and strut confidently forwards as he sings about how he's tired of Mammon and that "it ends today" hits so good!
@@alyssabullock6421also he rips parts of his clown costume off during the entire song!
Yeah 🥰
I love how Mammon was vibing to his own diss track
Until he heard his name xD
I cant blame him. This song is such a vibe 🔥
I don't think anyone talks enough about how Fizz's new outfit, despite him clearly tearing it up throughout the performance, somehow looks even RADDER than before.
TRUEEEE I thought I was the only one who noticed
It's freaking hot. I was hoping he's ditch the coat tails too but naw once he lost the collar the new look came together
1:45 that “it ends TO-DAY” is so damn good, audio bliss and a perfect build up
2:12 - 2:56 That was the exact reason why I left my old job: the negative impact on my mental health, the toxic fake relationships, being taken advantage off. I’m so glad this song exists. Thank you, Vivi
i love how fizz slowly removes more if his clothing throughout the song as a symbolic way of showing his scars to the world. love him!
Zaoy
Not just that, but he starts removing the more overt clown bits specifically. Because he refuses to be Mammon's clown anymore.
Oh yeah, totes!! 😀👍
Shout out to them!!! They deserve all the recognition! 🤩👏🏻
Listened to this song a lot last month and even now to celebrate being free from a graphic designer professor at my college who tried to brainwash my classes I had for three semesters in a row into believing AI is beneficial in the art industry. I never felt so free in my entire life.
Always support human artists for creating amazing stuff like this.

Quit in September, well kinda August...well checked out in July when my boss found out when he got a letter in the mail regarding security clearance for me lmao. He is in fact Mammon.
"So this is it, Mammon you sad sack of sh*t" Absolute fire, Still by far my favourite line of it.

the graphics and HD quality for the music videos in this episode are INSANE
Alex Brightman is a national treasure and he is perfect for this character 💙
2:35 this is by far my favourite music lyric I've ever heard him sing, it scratches the itch in my brain
I KNOWWW THE WAY HIS VOICE GOES LIKE THAT!!!!
Exactly and it was also a reference to the Beetlejuice musical and I find it lovely :D
@@lunarcat3283wait it was!!? What was the reference? I totally missed it!!!
@@lunarcat3283 cant be dropping bombs without reason. fess up
@@blue_phenix1364 Well Fizzarolli is a hell born imp so he couldn’t have died, in theory you can pretend its a metaphor.
The lryics ✔️

2:50 Literally Husk saving Angel from whoever creep is after him
1:39 my BIGGEST absolute goosebumps moment, with a scene followed of what Angel has to live through as well to Val, as they both have to be available at all times. What an incredible diversity of feelings and songs. Great Fizz is letting all of this out, absolute adore. 💞
The moment he sings "I wish I said it sooner" it's so genuine ❤
That's the most relatable part to me. Abuse victims often stick around until they're finally pushed to the breaking point, often because they fear a life without their abuser for various reasons. But when their tolerance breaks and they cut ties, they often feel relief and freedom and wish they did it sooner.
Speaking from experience on this one, heh.
Their “wait… WHAT?!” faces at 2:27 kill me every time 😅😅
