I’m a paramedic in Las Vegas. Some of my friends ran that call. Ruggs was going over 150 mph when he struck the victim and her dog who were making a right turn onto the street Ruggs was speeding on. That street has a 45 mph speed limit. That young girl and her dog burned alive. My friends were helpless upon arrival. Also, Ruggs and his gf, who was a passenger in his car, were insolent pricks on scene. Ruggs showed no remorse on scene. And his gf was just a flat out biyatch. Was a horrific scene and crash. Tina’s parents think he deserves a better chance. They’re bigger people than I am.

He then chased them in the car. She had to speed. Well the young lady's ex/bf clipped their car they spun and flipped and they basically had to pull her out of a tree like a pancake stuck on a pan she hit the tree so hard. My friend and cousin was still in the car and some people in the neighborhood they crashed in heard it ran out. One of their arms was off they were screaming. A fire broke out when the neighbor checked on them. When he ran to get a fire extinguisher by the time he came back it was to late.. the ex/bf didn't even bother to help. They ran and escaped through the woods and ofcourse they were caught. His sister heard everything on the phone. He called her to tell her they were being followed and they were in a chase. Born talent. Rewarded with millions, admired by many, beautiful women throwing themselves at him, and he gets tossed in prison for drinking and driving and killing an innocent and her best friend.
What a loser. Why some of the greatest talents happen to the dumbest individuals never ceases to amaze me.

No they wouldn't so hush. A normal citizen would not get 20 years plus. Provably dumbest comment here. My sister works paralegal. My stepbrother is former district attorney for New York. Friend is litigator but i forget his title. My ex girlfriend is attorney is Connecticut. Basically I've read and seen so many cases similar to this. No one gets "20 years plus" unless un unusual and cruel circumstances.
