For years, the point we're both at right now didn't feel remotely possible. We still text each other songs when we're having a rough day. Things never get perfect, but they get better. I got into Undertale a few years ago. Saw this song and many others. This was one of my favorites back then. I have heard other songs and heard Caleb sing others since, and just came back to Undertale recently. This came up in my feed. Hearing it again, I can safely say this is not only one of my favorite Undertale songs but also one of my favorite songs sang by Caleb. I got into Undertale a few years ago. Saw this song and many others. This was one of my favorites back then.
I have heard other songs and heard Caleb sing others since, and just came back to Undertale recently. This came up in my feed. Hearing it again, I can safely say this is not only one of my favorite Undertale songs but also one of my favorite songs sang by Caleb.

I remember 7 years ago seeing this as a new upload and its a song I listen to often, glad to see its still being viewed all these years later
This song is so damn heartbreaking. The melody is already really sad and nostalgic sounding, and your voice complements it perfectly! The way you express such strong emotion in your voice... it really does sound sincere. Like you're really on the brink of crying and breaking down. The desperation, the sorrow, the fear... you convey it all so well. What makes this song even sadder though is the fact that, no matter what you do, even in the best ending, Asriel can't be saved...

I didn't need my heart today
I waited far too long to play this game, and now that I have finished it, my heart is melting with every thing that I see from it. I will be playing Delta Rune soon.
The truth is, this game really slammed my emotions in a way I was afraid to face. I had heard it would, I avoided it, because my life was in shambles at the time. I was not ready.
I decided to start streaming, and I decided one day, this needed to happen, I will never be ready.
It's changed a lot about how I percieve games, and how I feel about openly showing my emotions. This cover, this song made me tear up. Thank you.
