Yes, it's highly possible to get your hairs back as strong as they were earlier. But, you need to closely obey some rules. Rule #1 - Once you rise early in the morning, have at least 1 glass of water. Rule #2 - You should massage your nails, known as balayam. Rule #3 - Apply reactivate serum by liitllextra everyday. Rule #4 - On every weekend, get curd from the market and mix half a lemon in it, let it sit it overnight. Apply this next morning to your scalp Rule #5 - Don't apply oil to your hairs in daytime, since there is too much pollution and dust outside. Using oil can cause dust to linger on your hair for an extended period Adopting these 5 rules as habits can promote hair growth and enhance the strength and thickness of your hair.
I started using the Reactivate hair growth serum after a colleague's recommendation, and I've already noticed less shedding and more hair density. Looking forward to see the progress over the next few weeks.
I have been applying Reactivate hair serum for 15 weeks, and I'm really satisfied with the results. My hair feels stronger, seems better, and the quantity of hair loss has noticeably lessened. The serum is straightforward to apply, not oily, and has no fragrance.
I don't have this issue but I'm sure that the Winter, dry heat etc could definitely make it worse. Sure does dry out my skin. I know these tips will be appreciated by all of those suffering with this condition. Happy Tuesday, Dr Dray! I hope you have a peaceful evening. 💕
I use living proof scalp serum, just as preventative. No oil and feels great on the scalp. I have thin fine hair so I couldn't put oil based products on my hair unless I'm washing my hair after
could you please make a video specifically for curlly/afro hairtypes. I feel like there are a lot of products on the market that are really bad for our overall health (fragrance, dye, bad formulas,...), but then products that are supposed to be good for straighter hairtypes tend to be quite drying... I'm a bit lost :/
Amen and idk about you but a dry scalp on my curls doesn’t show as it did if I had perm or straightened it. And doing the head scratch to check kills my curl shape. It took like five years for me to let my hair go from braids to totally natural and fix any damage
Dear Dr Dray, Thank you so much for your tireless work to share your knowledge and expertise with us. You have changed for many of us life. Sincerely grateful.
I have oily hair, and I used to wash it every day because it would get very greasy. I've been using the Avalon Organics Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner with Biotin B-Complex for 2 months now. I can now wash my hair every two or three days. This shampoo has a light consistency, is transparent, and creates a lot of foam. It has a pleasant smell and cleans the hair gently without reducing volume. It's really good for me.
Dry scalp tip!!! Use Cerave Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser as shampoo. I've always had dry scalp with oily hair, but perimenopause means that oil has vanished. All skin has gotten drier, I sweat like crazy, and the sweat makes the dry skin itch! So, I had the choice between never exercising and going outside, or doing it and showering right away after. Even the very gentle shampoo I had been using was too drying to use every day. I figured since ceramides had made such a difference on the rest of my skin, I should try them on the scalp, but every ceramide shampoo had ingredients that bother me, so I decided to try cleansers. The Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleanser left too much residue, but the Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser has been a sanity saver. I have very long, fine, straight hair, so any build up shows up very quickly. I've been using it for about 9 months now, and I'm still very happy! I follow it up with a acidic rinse and conditioner, both applied only below the ears.
@@21972012145525 Depends a lot on the time of year. In summer I use Gold Bond Pure Moisture Body and Face Lotion. During a MN winter, I haven't found one product that provides enough moisture on its own. I seem to need a water layer, then an oil layer, then something really occlusive (at least at night). Right now, I'm spritzing with a watery aloe vera, then applying my actives, then the Gold Bond Pure Moisture, then the Cerave Healing Ointment (at night) or the Vanicream Facial Moisturizer with SPF (morning). I've tried heavier moisturizers, such as the Cerave Moisturizing Cream, which works well on my body. It works well for sealing things in, but doesn't seem to provide as much water or oil as I need. *sigh* my skin is never simple!
My understanding is light colored and small is dry skin. Flakes are dandruff. And using treatments for dry scalp on dandruff can make the bacteria grow
I was suffering a dry scalp for years. I have very thick hair and didn't realise I needed to separate my hair to make sure I was getting the shampoo everywhere. It seems to be better since I have done that.
Years ago Consumer Reports did a blind test of shampoos and found that there was absolutely no relationship between what the shampoo claimed it would do and what it actually did. Shampoos for oily hair worked better for dry hair depending on the brand.
Vaseline just recently dropped a new line Radiant X; Cream, Body Oil, and Lotion. I know Vaseline is your favorite! Will you please review them ! Also, congrats on 2Million!! Been watching you for 3 years now QUEEN 🥰🥰🥰
I went to the derm and told them I have dandruff but my scalp is dry not oily. They said that was confusing. I was diagnosed with Seborrheic Derm but that usually constitutes oiliness. The meds/shampoo they prescribed for fungal infection did not work. I think I have atopic dermatitis. Nothing works. My scalp used to produce oil naturally but now it feels like it doesn’t produce any at all. Aside from products and routines, how can I make my scalp produce oil on its own again?
Thank you for this video. I desperately needed this. I hope this doesn't come off as an inappropriate request but I aould really appreciate it if yiu could share a tutorial on how to effectively shampoo hair. As silly as it may seem I'm terrible at shampooing. I can never tell how much shampoo to use and how to properly spread it on my entire scalp.
I use shampoo to cover the top ofy index finger. Slightly lather in my palms then use both hands to rub into my scalp and use the fingers to massage it in
Commercials these days showing us the large volume of shampoo that they are using creating a generous foam 😅 it is tempting i can tell that but does it worth it ? Probably no because that creates a nightmare for our scalp. I also agree that cool water is miserable during winter 😅 but i do that because due to my scald accident i got used to it😊❤. Your tips always work Doctor Andrea ❤.
Really Really helpfull just find out that the shampoo I been using for the last 3 months is the one making my scalp dry, but because I have a oily scalp i tought that my problem was excessive oil and not a dry scalp, since I changed my shampoo this week for a more gentle one I dont feel my scalp that dryer.

Dr. Dray, great topic, but off topic, I was wondering if you ever talked about Curel’ products. I think they are very under rated. IMHO their body lotions are so good and reasonably priced. They also make a great face cream. Thanks
