I Would say Miljenko uses much more of a head voice than Adam and Lee, for me most powerful singing in fifth octave for male is Sebastian Bach, but if he was more consistent and could have sing live what he was singing in studio.
the most powerful, consisent and have proper technique singing in 5th octaves male singers for me is David Phelps. But look like Karo is talk about only rock genre, so i agree with you ^^. Mike from steelheart is the headiest "high voice" male rock vocalist i know. Adam and Hyuk use very heady mix too ^^

Also I am with everyone else and agree that for a tenor, especially one with issues with support, their mixed voice range should be started much earlier. A4 is too high and starts him off with vocal strain already. A4 ~ Bb5 is just straining, at least for the most part. B4 ~ Bb5 is definitely all pure strain.
I really love how edgy his voice sounds, but lets face it, from a technical standpoint he has issues, especially the very audible strain in almost all of his 5th octave belts. Then again a lot of rock vocalists seem to have this problem.

Yeah, I've heard him supporting a G5, that's why I'm a fan. I'm not sure he can do that consistently 😔 Maybe it's a stylistic choice, but from a purely objective and practical PoV it seems to be his lack of consistency, especially in this video. I'd be happy to be proven wrong, though.
G5 is too high and I think he can't consistent supported it ^^. But if he don't choose that rocky style, I think he able to support up to C5 consistent. recently he really have improve, the A4 in wangsmini 1959 ( first A4 in this vid), A4s in his perfomance in king of masked singer have nice placement and his F5/G5 sound less strain than before . He have really light voice and that's easy to developed high mixed range. I'm fan of him too ^^

Ryuobbi belt note is note in 4th & 5 th octave, the last notes you sing with little air and with the trout and after those are notes that you sing from your "stomach " with lots of air ex. whistles

Yes. It does. You don't start a tenor on A4. That's like starting a mezzo on E5 or having a soprano lower register end on E3.
