This video proves that Mercury is still my favorite singer and as good as Tate in high pitch vocalization (and better at mid and low range singing).

Probably the last song written by Freddie, he knew he was dying, and yet he experienced bliss in his beloved Montreux. Jim writes about this time in his book Mercury and Me. The song always has me emotional.

nope, he's definitely a tenor. Mostly only rock listeners spread this myth that he's a "baritone", he would have absolutely been trained tenor by a legit teacher if he was singing opera.

Technique is not everything there is so much more to singing, and Freddie's technique is not that bad. He never lost any range through the years. If only technique was important then we would only be listening to opera singers. And he is not screaming, he has a powerful voice. Listen to someone like Chester Bennington if you really want to hear some screaming.
